The Edison - Any experience with allergy/gluten free menu?

Hi Dis'ers,

Anyone eaten at The Edison and seen what their allergy menu is like? Specifically gluten free options are of interest to me...

I'm curious as well, planning on visiting next month. It looks like some of the apps (bacon, deviled eggs, possibly fries if separate fryolator), all the salads, the burger (without bun), and steak, prime rib, and salmon should be safe. Hopefully a menu gets posted on one of the various Disney food allergy blogs.

Candied bacon, deviled eggs, electrifries and the corn dogs are all gluten free !!

For dinner menu they have amazing crab cakes that are 100% gluten free !
They also offer morimoto ribs, sweet and spicy, fall off the bone delicious!
Also as said before the steak, prime rib and salmon, burger with no bun.

As the menu stands when we were there !! They were great acomidating allergies!
