Dinner will be egg+mushroom fried rice,asparagus+chicken breasts stuffed with my home-made cheese+mushroom filling.

Lunch: Chicken noodle soup
 
green tea. Just has 2 slices toast(WW bread)

For Dinner Chicken and Veg - cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots.
