The Dutton Family's Grand Adventure--Day 4

Today is MGM day. It is me, DH, our 3 DS (8,6,3) and DD--1 1/2. We arrived right at 9am and it was so neat to hear them announcing the park opening! We rode Star Tours,Muppet Vision, Movie ride,and saw playhouse disney and Indiana Jones before lunch. We ate lunch at the 50's Prime Time Cafe. The food was good as was our server, nothing exciting but worth it. After lunch we walked to TofT and Rock n' Roller coaster. My DH and 8 yr. old rode these two and loved them. My 6 yr. old thought they would be too scary for him. We then headed back to hotel as we were all exhausted from so much going and not good sleep.I wish we could have spent more time here. We swam and rested for MVMCP. We caught the 6:00 bus and arrived about 10 until 7pm. I thought everything about the party was great!! We missed the picture,though. The parade was lively and the fireworks fantastic! I would definately do this again. My boys rode every ride that they wanted at least twice! We stayed for 10:45 parade and then headed home. When we got to the hotel, there was an urgent message from home. IT was 12am and we called my SIL and found out my DH's uncle had passed and funeral is Friday at 11am which mean we will have to leave Thurs., one day early!He was sick so it was not sudden but still sad. My parents were to leave Thurs at lunch and was to take MIL back with them so she wouldn't miss work Friday and we were going to MGM thurs. night and Chef mickey's friday morning. Anyway, tomorrow is Epcot!!

Sounds like a perfect day, until the phone call. Sorry to hear about your uncle. Something we have yet to try is MVMCP, but it sounds like your family enjoyed it.
