We're thinking of booking our hotel room on through Disney US. We have to pay in dollars, is it best to wait and maybe the dollar rate go up or should we take the plunge and pay for the deposit now?

Have you checked Disney.co.uk?
Our package was £2,164 with them but over £5,000 :scared1: with .com

If its just room only they will only want 1 nights deposit, rest you pay there, or thats how it worked for us last year.

With the poor £ .com as been expensive for most people recently.

As to which way the £/$ will go just toss a coin. just as accurate as any expert.:goodvibes

Thanks.....

We have to go through Disney Interline as my husband works for the airline to qualify for the discount....it seems a little more to us this time as the discount is not as much as it used to be and with the dollar being weaker...I suppose shouldn't moan we did the most of it last time.....

You will find your package is now an awful lot more expensive now through the .co.uk site, OKW and SSR are now back to their normal prices which are significantly higher than the mod resorts, the dining plan has also increased in price. Our package through them has more than doubled. Think somehow I would have now been using my DVC points for this one.

No problem.
We can get either Annual pass discounts or cast member discounts as we have friends working for Disney but no discounts can can beat some of the offers on disney.co.uk last few months.
Hope you get a good discount thru Interline.

I agree it has gone up significantly but still waaaaay cheaper than .com.

We paid £2,164 now about £4000 but .com is £5,680.62 and that only includes a 10 day MYW ticket, ours includes 21 day Ultimates.
Mind boggling prices on .com to me this year.
