Hello all, this is going to be my short PTR for our September 2012 trip.
42 Sleeps and I am in the land!!
So let's start with some back story, then I'll make the introductions.
I am a Disney junkie, and a DLR PAP holder.

Hi Megan

I am so excited for you that you will get to visit the happiest place on earth in September. I know what it's like to have to postpone atrip due to ill health and it's not a nice feeling at all! We had to postpone for a year, but I am a firm believer in "evrything happens for a reason". So, my DD and I will be back in October and can't wait.
I have never seen the park decorated for Halloween either so am very excited about it all! Jack Skellington is my favourite non mouse character ( Minnie is my fave!!! ) and the Haunted Mansion is my favourite ride so can't wait to see them both in October!

I also collect pins so can't wait to get some serious trading done!!!

I loved reading about all your details and am looking forward to more!

Thank you to everyone who has stopped by and taken the time to read about my upcoming trip!
I have come up with a few ideas thus far for my scheduled days in the parks. If anyone has any advice or tips for navigating in the parks during the Halloween season I am all ears

Sounds like you have certainly thought about your planning! I have also heard about the BTMR refurb and I am sure we will miss out this year as we don't arrive until Ocober 24th. Last time we visited Star Tours was closed, so we are looking forward to catching up on the new version!

I have to wait another 6 weeks or so for our days to become available on the Disneyland website..........can't wait

Our last trip the matterhorn was closed hence the focus on riding it so many times Haha.
I think the worst part of planning is waiting so long for the calender to be up!
I can live with out BTMR, it will be a bummer but I think DBF will be more heart broken than me.

Time is passing ever so slowly...everyday I look at my countdown and know that we are that much closer, but it still feels so far away!

Good thing I still have more to plan, the last day in the park.
And we were just discussing the possibility of doing a WDW trip between Dec 2014 and Feb 2015 !!!!!!!!




Stay tuned for more planning and changes, I am sure I will drive myself nuts trying to make this trip as efficient as possible because it is so short

Aaahhh so many changes to make. News of a handful of attractions being down will make a difference in our plan of attack.
