The doctor says I am sick

I noticed my fever late last week after I submitted my paperwork for 210 points at AKV. Two days later while looking at DVC resales I noticed a rash. After two hours of reading DVC threads on the Disboards I got blurry vision. When I realized I got 2 studios with SV at AKV my heart had palpitations. I am so sick I can only think of DVC and our upcoming trip in October. I finally went to the doctor. Yes I see a local doctor here whose office is all Disney wall art and he has a son in the college program. He says it is the most progressive and advanced case of ADDONITIS he has ever seen. He prescribed 50 add on points as soon as my plan could cover it. Just so it doesn't return he thinks I may need 50 points every couple of years or so for a while. He has seen some of these cases never really go away.....DH has to be very careful around me now becasue it spreads like crazy.

I can think of a least one disease that DVC is the main cure for.

I must be a trained disney medical professional, I knew from the symptoms it was addonitis ( I keep telling DH to call off of work with this, ha ha). I hope you find a cure or at least a good vaccine!!!

I think you need a good dose of pixe dust and some florida sunshing....that should help!!!

As you may have noticed, you will also have an uncontrollable urge to spend hours on the disboards trying to find the best treatment - oops - i mean - incentives for your DISease.

This sounds like us. DH & I got our 1st case of addonitis right after our 1st contract (resale) closed, and it seems like we have to keep treating it every year.

I wonder if we should notify the W.H.O. about addonitis being a pandemic? They could just count the member families who've added-on.

Be careful how you treat addonitis!

Last November I had a bad case, so I added on 30 pts and the symptoms got worse!!!!

There is no cure.......
