I have a question and need some advise from someone. My family is having a family reunion. It is the first time my brother and his family, my sister and her family, my mom and me with my familly. My sister, mom, sister-in-law and myself decided to make reservtions at the disney spa. My sister did this 2 weeks ago and there was no problem making them.
Here is whyI have a problem with disney. Our services were scheduled of August 16. Now I read in the newpaper that this will be closing on the 25th of July.
No letter 3-mail or call was made to us letting us know that thee would be a problem with our reservations. When I called them I was asked if I could come in before the 25th of July. I told them no we were not scheduled till August 15th to leave. Then he said they were referring people to the Grand Floridian. I asked if the price were the same and they told me yes.
I called the spa at the Floridian and they nothing of them closing. They told me they would check and see if they had availablilty.
I asked her to wait to see if they had a menu of services. She started to quote prices they were almost $50 dollars more. I think disney could have been more helpful by letting us know of the problem. They could have changed the reservations themselves and offered the services at the prices we were expecting. Is there somewhere I can write to and complain and I would like your opinion. Thank you for your patience and my blabbering.
