Supper is very informal tonight - pizza requested by our DD for her 6th birthday dinner

Heather :wave2:

Happy Birthday to your DD!!! I'm almost exactly 22 years older than your DD! (My 28th bday was yesterday!) :)

I'm in!

Still debating about dinner, that's always the hardest part!

Count me in too please and we had burgers on the grill.:earsgirl:

I'm in!

Haven't thought about dinner yet. I'm refusing to cook until our new range gets here tomorrow, for some reason those blue sparks just don't excite me when cooking (it's not a gas range)

I'm sure it'll be something quick and easy.

Alrighty, count me in, I was never in a clique in HS so this will be my first time LOL.

We had Wendy's for dinner, kid had a late Dr's appt, so no time to cook (and what a shame, since I hate cooking).

Such a response. Woo Hoo I am in a DIS CLIQUE!!!

Well dinner was a chicken ceaser salad for me as I am alone this evening.

So everyone, lets formally introduce ourselves.

I am Anne from NJ I have 2 older children a boy and a girl and I am currently "between" jobs. (have been for 5 years) LOL
I have been to WDW many times and found this wonderful board about 18mos ago and I find it quite addicting.

OK next

At what point does this new DIS clique become one of the old established DIS cliques and therefore make it tough for those trying to follow one of its precepts and founding principles.....'desigined for the people who feel that they want to belong to a specific thread and don't feel comfortable jumping into an already established one'? :p :teeth:

Can I join? hehe!

As for dinner, my family and I went out to the Cheesecake Factory! Yummy! I had their Chicken and Biscuits! And of course, CHEESECAKE! I had the tiramisu cheesecake! Very very good!

Hi Anne!

I'm Andra from NJ (northwest). I have 2 older children, DD20 and DS15. I work part-time on a horse farm and then have to do my own work here as we have 4 horses. Haven't done dinner yet tonight even tho it's after 9 - just got back from bball practice. We went to Outback last night for 24th anniversary. I had the steak griller and the Sydney Sinful Sundae like someone else mentioned. Isn't it yummy :teeth:?

Count me in please!

I'm Annette from Erie PA. I have an almost 13 yr old DS:eek:
I work full time at a large insurance company. I've only been to WDW twice - once when I was 7 yrs old and only MK existed and this past December. I'm hoping to go back again soon!!!

Dinner tonight was grilled hot dogs at the ice rink. My son finished up his spring hockey league and the coach was nice enough to bring along a grill and throw a little party afterwards.

Hi Froggy,

I didn't realize you had your website up & running. I'll have to go check it out. Hope you and your family are having a great night! By the way, I still haven't started DS's room!

Ok, guess I should do a brief intro if I'm joining a clique ;)

I'm Jess, 26 soon to be 27 - stay-at-home-mommy of two and a half! DS is 7 and in 1st grade, DD is 2 and stays home to drive me insane! DD#2 aka our Disneyland Paris souviner is due in the next 6 weeks or so :Pinkbounc

I spend the vast majority of my time driving kids around, thank god for dvds!!

Can I join in, too? My kids are 6 and 4, and they stayed with a babysitter tonight while my husband and I went to dinner. It was a free dinner paid for by the church, because of some volunteer work we did. We had stuffed chicken, twice baked potatoes, beans in a butter sauce, rolls, and chocolate cake. This was the first date we had in over a year-- and from the look on our babysitter's face when I came home, it will probably be another year before she returns.

Oh well, fun while it lasted.

Jolie from New Jersey checking in! I have a 5 year old son and am a stay at home mom.

I like reading the intro's, so I'll post mine too. My name is Debbie and I live in Annapolis, Maryland. I have a grown son, and two grandson's 5, and a 17 months. I'll receive my Master's in Social Work this Friday! (FINALLY) We are taking our 5 year old grandson to Disney World in June, and I found this board while doing research for this trip. Now I'm obsessed! I've purchased Disney books, and I am forever reading this board. My husband said to me yesterday "you're really getting into this aren't you?" YES, I AM! :cloud9:
