I was using my psychic powers and they have once again failed me. Now that I have actually looked at the photo I would say that it was taken outside the Animal Kingdom Main gate most likely on the right side if you’re entering the park. Yes that is it. I am 100% sure! On a Friday at 4:38.

Close enough there is a walkway on the Italy side where you can get a good handful of characters There is a gate where the USA drum corp comes out of.If you hit this at the right time you can get them with noe lines at all.People do not know they are back there.
so there is a tip for you guys if you did not already know.
