I’m really not sure.

It will be dependent upon attendance levels and if Disney feels they need a bump in getting locals into the parks. If the parks are crowded from August 29th and Disney doesn’t see the need, they definitely won’t be available.

If your next trip begins in March, you’d have time to wait to see if it’s offered and would still have time to purchase tickets through a discounter.

I wouldn't say it's offered EVERY Jan-June, but know for sure that this year and the two years prior it was offered. I only know because I did some research in December trying to see if it was coming out again for our trip in June. Back in 2015 I purchased the Discover Disney tickets. Also back then, I believe I only paid about $139 for the 3 day ticket. This year that 3 day ticket is running $175. Considering what Disney prices looks like on regular tickets with a price hike, we can't complain much about a $40 increase over 4 years. I'm paying $195 for my tickets because I got the 4 day. I can't honestly say if Disney offers FL residents special tickets during the other 1/2 of the year, but I haven't really paid attention because of when I choose to go to Disney. Looking back at the years I listed, it looks like this ticket has been offered faithfully the last 5 years. Prior to 2015, it wasn't called the Discover Disney ticket for FL residents. I DO know in 2011 I purchased the FL Resident tickets that were only running about $109 or $119 for the 3 day tickets. I think those were just the Magic Your Way for FL residents that they made into 3 day or 4 day tickets.
