Okay. Is it okay to be a male and have a total blonde moment even though I have brown hair? 
Perhaps it is just that I am tired after staying up late all night on the DIS! 
Anyway, I am doing this online assignment for one of my classes which is mix mode (half online and half in class) I was doing this assignment and can't find this answer for the LIFE of me! Can anyone help me?
In the same article, several Canadian studies in the secondary schools identified another potential barrier to English proficiency as:
a. lack of integration and interaction with native English speakers
b. decrease in available modified textbooks with supportive materials
c. insufficient numbers of highly qualified and trained teachers and staff
