A few events aren't too far away to drive. I mentioned DS's interest to DH, so who knows, maybe they'll go fishing soon!

its about 85 here now but seeing as how im staying in today, the heat isnt bothering me...I put on some turkey with carrots and celery and sauce to cook all day in the crock pot and later when its done Im making stuffing balls to mix in it and make mashed potatoes...it will give me good leftovers too

Oh man, that sounds SOOOO good!

The rain isn't supposed to hit us until 7PM at the earliest, so we're planning to grill some steaks. Is there a slurpy-face smilie?


DS7 wants to try some chicken noodle soup, so I'm gonna go heat some up. Yay!

Anybody still here?? Had to look up a motorcycle shop hours today for DH. Needs to replace the reeds on DD's motorcycle. Luckily they are open until 5pm today.

I tidied up the house a bit today, put a few dishes in the dishwasher and I'm working on my 2nd load of laundry, swept the laundry room and just a couple of other small things. But pretty much the rest of the day I've been doing nothing but sitting in this stupid recliner on my rear. Agggghhhhh! I'm going to go crazy! DH came in asked why I was doing laundry, he could do it tomorrow. Told him because I felt like it that's why!!

It's nice out I want to be out riding my bike, camping, planting flowers, doing something, anything. I want to paint the walls inside the house, refinish the windowsills, cleaning off the other half of the flowers & stuff on top of my kitchen cabinets, cleaning out the refrigerator, reorganizing the pantry, sewing gift bags, vacuum, putting lawn furniture out, jumping on the trampoline. I want to be a DANCING BANANA!!!!

ok its 87º here and my house is about that hot as well...its almost time that I am going to have to turn on my air but I wanted to show everyone the newest pic I have of bb and his sissy....they took it the week of easter....

DBF and I went to the track today to watch the races. I am SO sunburned! OUCH! It hasn't been this hot in a while. DBF is think of joining the Over The Hill Gang motorcycle club. http://www.overthehillgang.org/ You have to be over 30 (he just makes it, he's 31). That's who we watched today. It's just a bunch of guys who ride twice a month for fun at different tracks around So. Cal. They do keep track of points through out the year and do an awards banquet at the end of the year.
