I think I have everything for this weekend..just need to put it all in the suitcases. BIH is coming home today to get his stuff together (yes, I actually got the actor known as "Rick" for the entire weekend!!!)
We drop the dog off at the kennel tomorrow morning and we are off!!

Apparently, there is NO AVAILABILITY at any of the Disney Resorts for the 18th - 23rd...We are soooooo in poopville!

what happened to the reservations you made at the Yacht Club MONTHS ago??? um, can't have birthday present if'n you don't come to WDW. And, umm... a "Disney Resort" is Disneyland Hotel, Paradise Pier, or Grand Californian. Now, a Walt Disney World Resort. Now that's sumthin' different!

Yep - alarm is set for 4:00, we'll get the kids up around 4:30, leave by 5:30, be at airport by 6:00, flight leaves at 7:30. I think we're about packed...

Of course, this doesn't include our carry-ons, iPods, laptops, portable DVD players, make-up bag, and garment bag!

So, anyone left at home doing anything fun this weekend?

Nothing as exciting as a trip to FL, a trip to the beach or a wedding!!
Supposed to go to a jewelry party this eve. for a girl here at work. Don't really want to, but it was sorta the right thing to do...if you know what I mean. Then tomorrow we have the Pack picnic for the scouts...have to take a side dish...I'm thinking a stop by the grocery store deli counter rather than MAKING something! The guy who hosts it has a really nice place, back in the woods - lots of acres....a big pond with this huge gazebo on it...the kids swim....they jump in from tree swing ropes....swim out to a raft that floats in the middle....I don't get in tho 'cuz the water's too green for me!! ...sometimes the Dads do tho if it's hot enough!! Then sometimes the dads & kids stay to camp out...dunno if mine are doing that or not....that's an option.... If they DO, it will give me time to come home & clean in peace & quiet!! Exciting 'eh?!
