Needless to say it was a blast (despite getting stuck in the 18 car)..:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

The Petty folks have taken a page out of Disney's customer service book---they were beyond awesome!!

:cool1::woohoo::cool2: Welcome back! Definitely looks like a fun day at the track. Little man looks a little too natural behind that wheel! :lmao:

I am currently down 89 pounds since May of last year. I had lap-band surgery and am working very hard at it. Thanks!

Impressive! Great job, Jason! :thumbsup2

Congrats! I made a bit of a lifestyle change myself two years ago and I'm currently down about 65 pounds. Haven't followed any specific diet, just cutting down on sodas and fast food and trying to hit the gym at least 4-5 times a week.

You da man! That diet/exercise balance has never been one that I could master. If I work too hard at exercising, I get even more hungry and eat more. The only way that I can successfully keep my weight down is by diet :confused3

Morning guys... we're back from Florida. Just wanted to pop in and say hi. :wave2: The weather was great, the resort & room were terrific, the family time was awesome, and just being away from everyday life was fantastic. Sadly it had to end and the regular reality of life begins once more... my desk & email box are both full of new stuff to take care of, so I don't have a lot of time today to be on here, but I'll be back around later. Floriday was great. We had a marvelous time - and of course, I'm ready to go back. Wish we didn't have to leave... I'm going through our pictures, and will post something about our trip soon.

I see we're now about halfway through VIII - not too shabby! :)

Do any of you Dad's have a Zero Turn Mower?

I'm thinking of making the plunge (thanks to my tax return - gotta love those deductions AKA my daughters!). :thumbsup2

Looking for recommendations on brands...etc..
May be a little late, but I have an Exmark Quest 52". It is their residential mower. I went with it, because unlike some of the other brands, the deck is the same on the Exmark commercial mowers and the residential ones. It just costs about 1/3 the price. It does a good job and I'm happy with it, but I've got some barnyard areas on the farm that I mow from time to time. It is pretty much all tall fescue and if it gets too tall, it is about all the 22 hp Briggs & Stratton can handle. For the weekly cutting on the lawn it is great though. I've been running this mower for about 4 years now. I actually looked into trading last year just to get a bigger deck and a bigger motor, but for the cost to upgrade to a commercial zero turn, I decided I'll stick with this thing until it quits on me.

Thanks guys. I felt a little more pressure than I expected I would when I was answering those questions. I didn't want to put my foot in my mouth or anything.
It was excellent Aaron. You always do a good job representing us, whether it be on the website, podcast or something like that.:thumbsup2

Hey there, welcome to the club! Another one from the Hoosier state!

A Little bit of good news today. Allison and Jacob are being moved out of PICU and into a regular room together. Allison says she feel a tingling in her legs like they are asleep but still can not move them yet. I am hoping that this is a good sign. She is scheduled to have surgery again on Wednesday to fix the L3 fracture in her back. At some point, I am not sure when, they are going to be moving her to Columbus into a rehab center. Keep the prayers coming. There is a long way to go yet.

This morning at church was very emotional for everyone. You could feel the void left by Richard and his family. Several of the men were trying to do the little things that Richard would do each service. His viewing is scheduled for tomorrow evening and the funeral is going to be Tuesday at our church. It is going to be a big service I am sure. Today there are 2 car washes going on by the Marching Band to help raise money, and the spaghetti dinner is still scheduled for Friday evening. They were ablet o get EVERYTHING donated for Friday by local grocery stores so that whatever is made will be total profit.

Pastor Dave at church this morning kept saying that he has never seen strength in anyone like he has Dale during this whole situation. I agree she is handling everything with strength and grace. Well, I need to get moving and get the kids to AWANA...thanks for listening and praying for the Schwab family!!!
Thanks for the update. Glad that there's finally a little bit of good news there. Hopefully the tingling in her legs will become feeling and movement with time. Still keeping them in our prayers.

Somebody needs to photoshop that picture... put some blue & red lights on top of that 18 car and make the one in front of it Barry's van.:lmao::rotfl2:

Hey, welcome home! Glad you had a good trip with some quality family time.

Yes this is a flagrant failure to multi-quote.

Aaron. A couple people have commented about the white at the top of the banner. I am at a conference this week. If I can find some time I'll play around with the templates and see if I can collapse that line at the top.

Go for it.

I'm working on the background color. I'm having a hard time matching it to the blue in the logo.
