You, sir, are a genius. :worship::worship:

Thanks I am going to tell my wife today that I was called a genius. she'll never believe it.

Hmmmm... could be our first pink order?

actually i went back to look and I think it came out white on the order.. .. now I'm disappointed. I may have to order another one in yelow or orange just to be different.

Does it come in tie dye ?

I LOVE this idea.
I've been quietly plotting a surprise trip to WDW for just DW and me, to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary (still a couple of years away). The two biggest hurdles to get figured out have been:
1) How to tell her without getting my head bitten off (which I think thebigdisneydaddy has just solved for me). AND
2) She's an attorney in solo practice, and she's a litigator. How do I schedule her to be out of the office and out of town for a week, without leaving her disbarred and with angry clients. This one, I haven't really solved yet. :confused3

Does she have an office person or secretary ? If so have her put you on her books for that time frame under a different name. Make sure you come up with a clever case, like lawsuit for rabbid beaver attack or something like that. That way her schedule is full.

You sir, are a genius!! :thumbsup2

edit: Holy crap, I'm apparently starting to think like Barry.:scared1:

Woo Hoo, twice in one day, I am printing it off and hanging it on my office door at work for everyone to see ! !

I was going to order pink, but thought it would clash with my man purse. :lmao:

I would need a new pair of shoes to match it.

Yes. Perhaps another day is needed still, but not much more than that.

No let's get the party started ! !

YES! Please, no!

Come on, Stopher start your engines... 3 ... 2... 1.... TYPE ! ! !

:headache::headache: Right there with you, Dave! We stopped having the paper delivered every day and only have it delivered Wed & Sun... and they STILL forget!! :lmao:
i dont want to get her in trouble, im sure shes doing her best for very little money, but i want my paper!!!:lmao:

Your paper delivery person had gender reassignment surgery? :confused3:confused3

no, i didnt want to offend anyone by calling them a paperboy when they are now called paper carriers.:lmao:

CRUD! I'll never be able to catch up on my reading with this many pages flying by in a day!
Sounds great, Dave! Bangor is a bit of a haul for us but if we are ever up that way at 6:00 AM we'll check it out! :lmao:

Do you mean me?
Here' my big news:
Our granddaughter, Anna Rose, was born at 3:19 AM Sunday! She checked-in at 8lbs 11oz and 21 1/2 inches! Our DD was only in her room at the hospital for 19 minutes before Anna Rose arrived! She was nearly born at home or in the car! Anyway, our 22 month old grandson, Rider, is vacationing with us for a couple days so I don't have much computer time.
Here we go ~~~~~~

PopPop (MiJo) and Anna Rose

Alright gents, get your DVRs ready. On Thursday my wife is gonna be famous! Anyone ever heard of Dr Oz? I know he generally seems to have a female following but from what I can gather, he's another Oprah creation- kinda like Dr Phil. My mother-in-law has always wanted to go to a taping of his show, so she, my wife and her other daughter went up last Friday to attend a taping and hang out in NYC for a weekend.

Before the trip, the producers sent an e-mail to the studio audience asking who wanted to participate in a segment with Dr Oz. DW responded with an email and picture and after a few conversations with the producers, they let her know that she would have a segment on stage with the Dr. She had to answer a few questions about frozen foods and just be herself (she's very good at being herself). They taped it on March 18. Anyway, we're kinda excited. :cool1: Her bit is about 4 or 5 minutes and she says it went great. Look for the one named Rebecca. It airs on Thursday March 31 at 4 o'clock eastern. Around here it's on CBS, but for some reason, I think that may not be the case everywhere.

Here's the situation:

We are going to WDW this August, but no one knows aobut it (not even dw). We went last August and I couldn't help myself (lol), I book the reservations before the deadline for free dining last December. I have been paying it off slowly, month by month. dw is always worried about the money situation. Her birthday and our anniversary are coming up in April.

What do you think would be the best way to break the news to her and not wind up in the doghouse?

tell her the day before you are to leave!!!! that way if she gets mad at you, she wont be mad very long.:thumbsup2

Nope. That's the killer. She's a true solo. There's a front desk at the office suite that answers calls for her, but she sets all her own appointments.

Set it up and let her know early enough so she can schedule it.

Pretty cool. The weird thing is that this doesn't surprise any of us. Interesting stuff like this happens to her family routinely. Her sister was on the cover of Working Mother magazine a while ago. Me? All I've ever done was get in to the Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular show.

:thumbsup2 i should be home. post a reminder!!!!:thumbsup2

Will do.

Oh yeah, my DD came up to me last night and asked to watch it again! I'm ready to... perhaps this evening. It's a really good, feel-good kind of movie... just what Walt loved to produce.

Not yet. Aulani is scheduled to open August 29th. We're looking at our first trip "home" sometime in summer of 2012 - though that might get pushed in to 2013 due to my Philmont trip next summer - and I'm looking at taking a mission trip with my church to Kenya as well - so... Hawaii might need to wait a few more months.

Ahhh. Yeah it not being open yet would be a good reason to not have a trip report for it yet.

Are you taking your kids with you to Kenya? I'd like to take my kids on a trip like that. I think it would be a great experience for them to have.

Wow that's really cool she's gonna be a celebrity.:thumbsup2. If you're gonna be on a Dr's show, it's probably much better to be involved in a frozen foods discussion than a "look at my strange rash" discussion.

Interesting DDC VII fact:

Since Don opened this thread, there has been on average one post every 12 minutes.

Kinda makes you think, doesn't it? No? Just me? OK...

I'm jealous of that feat. My only claim to fame was that I was Randall once at the Laugh Floor but only got a few min into the show before they kicked us all out due to technical difficulties. I guess my ugly face broke their camera. That's real bad considering I was "invisible" to begin with!:rotfl2:

Very cool, my wife watches the show. I will tell her to watch for her.

Let me suggest that you not tell her why. That could possibly cause your plan to backfire and we would have to revoke your genius status.:lmao::rotfl2:

ooh good point.... I will have to make up another reason. hmm. .. think.. think.. think

OK... I know you guys are chomping at the bit to put an end to DDC VII.:woohoo: All I ask is allow me enough time to get DDC VIII started first so I can get the new link put in this thread. I'll get the new thread started this afternoon :thumbsup2 (It should only take a few minutes for you guys to get through the remaining 20+ pages :lmao::lmao:)
