:lmao: wow, i went to bed last night and i spent the last 45 min. reading this thread and the bus thread. i see the lacey curtains and coaster are gone around here. is the toilet seat still up?:thumbsup2

How about a straight up Test of endurance Where one would have to walk to the bus stop and then just stand there waiting to enter an empty bus.One may not enter a bus where all seats are taken, must have empty seats. You will be awards points based on style and lenght of time you have to wait.

And to add a dash of suspense, this must be done with a full bladder.:lmao:

The WDW Marathon:

Ride one major ride in each park, in one day. May not use EMH or Fast Passes. Must use a boat and a monorail in your travels at least one time each. Rides eligible for this event:

Big Thunder Mountain
Splash Mountain
Space Mountain

Soarin'
Test Track
Mission: Space

Tower of Terror
Rock 'n Roller Coaster
Toy Story Mania

Expedition Everest
Dinosaur
Safari

You are eligible for the Hall of Fame if you can do this with two kids under the age of 6 tagging along.

And if someone gets on the bus after you to whom a DisDads gentleman would ordinarily give up his seat, you've got to give up the seat. Failure to give up the seat leads to deductions for a major break in form.

What about The Rope Drop Fast Pass Dash W/Stroller.
With both single and double-stroller events.

Then there is the Disney biathlon where one will have to ride the three mountains. One would have to start at Splash, ride it.Then proceed to Big thunder, ride it.Then past the frontier land shooting gallery stopping to hit 10 targets. After hitting your ten targets you will proceed to go and ride Space mountain. This will be a timed event
Love it!

Keep 'em coming guys. Ya'll are keeping me distracted while I wait for my wife to come out from an outpatient medical procedure.

I have my own twist on the biathlon. Since we can't really cross country ski at WDW, we would have to water ski. Behind the "its a small world boats". And every time the boat enters a new "room" on the ride, you get 15 live rounds to take out as many annoying singing dolls (or speakers) as you can.

Our WDW trip is Oct. 2-9, but I don't think I'm up to the four parks in one day challenge. It's our first-ever WDW trip, and I don't think DW would appreciate me abandoning her and the kids for a day to try it.

I might have to take you up on the ESPN bar offer though . . . :D

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: i can picture it in my mind now...so funny

I've got another combo event for us. The Epcot World Showcase Drink Around the World/Kim Possible Adventure. Each contestant must first drink around the World from Canada to Mexico, then pick up a Kimmunicator and complete three random Kim Possible Missions. Points are awarded for timeliness and accuracy of mission completion. Deductions for drink spillage (both before and after consumption).

I like it. Something tells me Nate will like it, too. :thumbsup2

That's pretty creative, too.

Hey, do you think they could build a ski jump ramp at the end of the Splash Mountain drop? We could have a raft jumping event.

Well...it looks like every one north and east of Tennessee will be getting some more snow. :crazy2:

Shhhh.... don't tell my boss. NBColympics.com is streaming the USA vs. Switzerland hockey game. :ssst:

Too bad it's the end of the 1st. That means I have to be productive for 15 minutes. :headache: :rotfl2:

Wow, and I thought I was being unproductive by watching hockey! :rotfl2:

After the drama of yesterday, I think it's time for some good ol' fashioned DisDads fun. I was listening to a WDW podcast on my way home from work yesterday, and they were coming up with WDW-centered "Olympic events". I wasn't really that impressed with most of what they came up with. I think we DisDads can do better. So c'mon DisDads, what'cha got?

My first entry (in honor of yesterday's thread): The Child Lift, Carry, and Balance: This event requires participants to lift a minimum of two small children, walk up the steps onto a crowded Epcot-to-Wilderness Lodge bus, and ride all the way from Epcot to WL without sitting, putting down a child, or falling. (As in Olympic weightlifting, you get three "lifts". Points are awarded for the total weight of lifted children. A bonus is awarded for lifting more than two children.

How about this? The Ultimate IronMouse Triathalon. Starting at the entrance to Hollywood Studios, it's a 1,400 meter swim to the dock at the Boardwalk. (Try to avoid the alligators and brain eating amoeba that live in the water!) From there, you must rent a surrey bike and make one full loop around the lake - past the Boardwalk, Yacht Club, Beach Club, and back to the Boardwalk (1,300 meters). A "thirst-aid" station will be set up in front of ESPN Zone. Finally, a 2,200 meter run from where you drop the bike off, through the International Gateway into Epcot, counter-clockwise around the World Showcase (starting a France) and finishing at the Rose & Crown Pub for a pint of refreshment.

Wait, that sounds too much like actual exercise. Never mind.

Why not give the gold to Fed now?
