Welcome back Fed!

Hope all you guys from VA to NC are dug out and having fun in the snow.

To the Dis Dads in the Pocono's if you see a lot of ambulances tomorrow running up Rt 33 don't worry, they are going to help me. I am heading to Cammelback for my first sking trip in a few years. I fully expect to have casts on my arms and legs by the end of the day.:lmao:

I just want to know how something so light gets so heavy when you pick it up with a shovel...

Have a great time on the slopes!

I know with DVC there is free wi-fi in the pool area and lobby of the the Bay lake tower. Don't know yet if there will be a special code or anything needed. I can let you know in 4 weeks. Can't wait!

DW and I have been contemplating our next trip. Right now we've got it narrowed down to either October for my 40th or December for the Christmas decorations (and maybe a Dis Dads meet). I celebrated my 30th there and am leaning towards doing that again.

That would be a great way to spend it, IMO. I'll be 40 in October too Mike, maybe we need a DIS Dad's Turning 40 trip since my plans to join the December trip were stupidly scuttled by the president of my company and his e-team minions :rotfl2: :lmao:

Our DME tags arrived in the mail Saturday for our planned March visit to the Wilderness Lodge (my DW's new favorite at WDW). We secured the services of my in-laws to come from the west to stay with our kids while we're gone (actually booked their plane tickets too) - I've got the time-off request approved "tentatively" so as long as this pesky little potential hiccup with work doesn't flare up - we'll be at the Lodge in 37 days. And to top it off, my DW came sidling up to me yesterday nudging me with her shoulder asking what we're doing for our anniversary since her dad let it out of the bag that they're coming in March so we can get away. I really hope this works out...

I'm a little bummed out today! I might have to take down my countdown ticker and schedule another date for disney!:sad1:

Hope all goes well and you can keep your dates for Disney!:thumbsup2 It hurts when you wait for a trip then you have to push it back.:sad1:.But if you do have to push it back the Dec trip would love more company:thumbsup2

Welcome back Fed! :thumbsup2 Hope you had fun.

Haven't heard from Daddy-O yet...you guys didn't have a "disagreement" while you were there, did you? I know I've seen gators around POR before...:lmao:

Now that sounds like a plan. Long weekend, Wilderness Lodge, no kids...you could do much, much worse than this!

Well fellas....I'm back!

We got home last night at around 5:30, we had to get some stuff for the house on the way home. Our flight was preety smooth coming back, no real hiccups. I have been trying to catch up on what has been happening on the boards...oh..and of course work. My desk is piled up with stuff....what a "welcome home". :sad2: The trip was amazing, great weather overall, comfortable and warm enough for the pool! (well at least for Canadians):lmao:

There will be more in my TR. (insert shameless plug here)

No diagreements, just not enough time. Unfortunately between our two schedules we had a quick meet and didnt get a chance to have a cold one together. If we meet up again sometime the first rounds on me Mike.

Congrats Kevin on the arrival of your baby! Glad to hear all is well.

Welcome to any new members who maybe joined while I was gone and it's great to be back on the boards. Not at work!!! yuck!! If I get things caught up here at work I might be able to get my first installment on my TR up this week.

It sure is amazing how much you can pack in in one little 9 night stay! I'm beat, good to be back at work where I can relax a little.:lmao:

Welcome back Daddy-O! Glad you're safe and sound...and sorry you had to come back to work.

Looking forward to the TR! :thumbsup2

the show: Ms. America Pagent...swimsuit portion.

DW: We don't have to watch this.

Nate: No honey...I know how much you have always liked watching this...I'll suffer through it.

DW: (pouting and beating her fist in a pillow) stupid loser.
