It runs along the street just like a regular bus. You
can catch it at the designated stops. The designated
stops are well marked and close to every resort.

It runs 24 hours. Between 2AM and 9AM it runs about
every 15 minutes. The rest of the day it runs about
every 7/10 minutes.

One more question..
Does it take you RIGHT to the Outlet Mall at the South end of the Strip? Or do you have to walk a ways once it drops you off at the end of the strip?

I also saw on a Map that Priemum Outlets are somewhere North of the Strip..does the Duece get you close enough to it?

The Deuce takes you directly to the Outlet Mall on the South end. You have to walk across a small parking lot to the door. You get back on at the same place. When returning to the strip, you have to ride the bus to the South end bus terminal to catch the right numbered bus for the strip.
Can't help you with the Premium Outlets, haven't been there.
