The DDP brochure for 2007, participating restaurants

I received the 2007 brochure when I booked. There are a few restaurants that are not listed that I have read elsewhere are included, and are included on other "unofficial" sites. I realize Disney would be the final word, but am asking if anyone has a different experience.

Earl of Sandwich?
Planet Hollywood?
Raglan Road?
Wolfgang Puck?
