Whose got the ring???????

I got the ring....

Who dropped on bended knee.... My Spouse the Mouse.

Who hugs me and loves me.. MIC KEY M O U S E.

Where does all my money go.... visitation gotta see My Spouse the Mouse....

Well in that case call me Mrs Sheriff Woody - when we went for autographs he stole DH's groom ears and led me off across the park - we were running away together! Sigh... how romantic ... :faint:

I haver never stood in line before - well maybe a couple of times when I was a kid for a photo but never for autographs - I made the book and then felt a bit silly when i got to the parks so I wasn't going to do it but DH forced me in the line with the book in my hand and I was so glad because I had a blast! He was seeking out the characters for me - especially in our last week when it was just us two and we were chilling out.

I have to say though that I liked the characters in suits best - as they can't speak! I met Mary (my hero) and was soo emabarrased at having to talk to her! I'm just too shy for my own good

I agree! When we went on our honeymoon, I HAD to meet Ariel and Belle.... it was definitely more awkward! :rotfl: This trip we stuck primarily to the non-face characters.... they are more fun for me! :goodvibes

Here's Tink's signature:

It's beautiful! Just as I imagined .... :goodvibes

That will be my next quest. I just always assumed you couldn't get her autograph since you couldn't ever find her walking around!

Cute song - never heard it before

If I had I may not have thought it would be a good idea to jump from my chest of drawers to my bed when I was a kid - slipped on my socks - fell on the floor - one fat lip and one swollen ankle!

OUCH!

But I might add, that just knowing the song doesn't seem to help kids here, either. I'm not so sure it ever pops into our heads when we get those "brilliant" ideas..... :rotfl:

Trying to catch up on all that is happening:

Kristine: Did you get the patches that Deb made for Kristen? How is she taking to them? Beautiful grandbaby. It's when they are little like that, that I want one more. Unfortunately, you can't keep them 6 months and younger. I really like your new do.

Not yet...I am hoping today...the sticky patch stinks!

My sister just wandered in here and said, "Sissy.... I've missed Disney World for 3 days straight now" :sad1:

How do I tell her that the post-Disney funk is unavoidable, and that once you've gone, you'll miss Disney almost every day that you aren't there?! :confused3

So I just told her that when she's older, she and I will have to go all the time! :goodvibes

I do hate days like this though.... and I hate that even she and my mother are falling victims to the funk! What is it about that place?

Does anyone have or know where I can find a picture of the Cinderella Castle without a background? I've found lots of beautiful pictures but they all have backgrounds. Thanks. Vicki

Don't know if somebody has responded yet, but Epcot turns 25 in 2007 - that could be the next "big thing."

Doesn't MK turn 35 this year (2006)?

Trying to catch up a bit so someone may have answered for you but yes MK turns 35 this year....found through my research that I am a couple months older than the Magic Kingdom (July vs. October)

Vicki - if you've found one you like send me the link or email the image to me and I'll see if I can extract it from the background for you.

Like a mailman...neither rain, or sleet, snow, fog or hail was going to stop me...and that's exactly what I drove through today to see the grandbaby. He's cute as a button...hope everyone had a good day. Off to go drink a glass a wine. My knuckles still hurt from gripping the steering wheel. ::yes::

I know I'm far back and trying to catch up, and I know you've been told this already by now - but that is a cute baby!!!! He doesn't look newborn - he looks older! And there is NO WAY that you look like a grandma!! I'm glad you are home safe.

I felt the same way - I wandered in the Epcot England store, and literally backed in the room she was in... I almost burst into tears!! I grabbed, and dragged DD away from the kidcot station (no line for Mary!! ) and the CM was talking to me as I took DD pic with Mary... I told her about my first movie with my grandma - Mary Poppins, I was 3, and grandma has since passed away, but we always gifted each other with Mary things... and I started crying/tearing up... it was embarrassing!! lol THEN, the CM says, Mary, I want you to meet a very special friend... and I look at the line, and the CM shook her head and said, "this is your moment" and Mary was so very kind, talking about Bert and those penguins.... *sigh... Disney Magic!!!

Oh and about...
Ten Little Monkeys Jumping on the bed (you make hand motions as you 'sing' say the tune... They now have a BOOK, very cute!!

and I LOVE the Tink signature... must keep reading back to find out how to get that one!!

And how expensive is photoimpact - I'm back to being addicted!! :rotfl:

Maybe we need to form a scrappers motivation thread for those of us that don't ever get to it. We could get motivation and support from others like we get on the weight loss thread. :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

That's for sure!! I bought some supplies at Hobby Lobby when they put them on 50% off - a beautiful Disney Princess Album....

Wow. You really are organized, I would never have thought to color-coordinate the signatures. That's a cool idea. I must be the world's most unorganized mom. (I even buy all white socks for the boys. ;) ) Thanks for the great ideas. I do have a question, are sharpies better that markers or pens for autographs?

Kate, I didnt even notice that!! Again, thank you for sharing your creativity!! Its beautiful!! :flower3: :worship: :flower:
