Tink2020 are you back yet. we want to see pictures.

I believe Jennifer is moving this weekend! :goodvibes

Unlike us...we still haven't moved anything! But, we did go furniture shopping today and Kevin is at the new house painting bedrooms with his mom (I'm at the other house, because Alyssa is napping).

Congrats on your milestone! :cool1:

I think I bought the treat bags when I bought the napkins and plates cant rember right now. I was thinking of putting animal crackers, cotton candy and circuis peanuts in them.

Games I think we might play pin the nose on JOJO or the tail on Goliath. any other ideas. I think their will be 8-11 kids.

One game idea I liked, but we didn't play was "Hot Po-Tater." Another variation of musical chairs is "Trina's Tightrope." I didn't have a portable cd player to hook up at the church, so all games involving music got nixed.

Kate is right, our weather is crappy, but we finally had a decent open house!

Our realtor said that three couples came through. One couple seemed very interested and they actually came back with their own agent! Of course, I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but that sounds promising!

Meanwhile, I've just been feeling very weird. I keep telling Kevin that we need to be prepared for Matthew to arrive any day. I can't even pinpoint specific reasons for this...it's just a gut feeling. Part of me wants to be wrong (we are so not ready for him yet :goodvibes ) but the rest of me wants all the uncomfortable aspects of pregnancy behind me!

He's going to come when HE'S ready, whether you're ready or not :) It will all be wonderful whenever he decides to make his appearance.

I thought about doing trinas tightrope but was unsure if the kids would get the concept.

I just paid off my August/September Free Dining Trip! Ain't no stopping us now!!!  :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :cheer2: :cheer2: :dancer: :dancer: party:

No, I haven't been packing. I've been reading the thread, posting, and talking to my sister on the phone. After feeling so strange while we were funiture shopping, I just wanted to relax a bit. I'm closing in on 35 weeks.

Honestly, I don't understand Trina's tightrope...I got the impression the goal would be to stay on the tightrope (2 x 4 board), and it's really easy to say "you're out" if you're not on the board when the music stops, but I don't know how you'd end the game, since several small children could fit on the board. :confused3

That's why "Hot-Potater" made more sense to me...it's cut and dry...someone's holding the potato! :teeth:

Okay, it's time to wake Alyssa up from her nap. I'll "see" you all soon!
Amy :)

Congrats Jennifer! I can't believe I was so close to a milestone and didn't even notice! It was just sitting there for the taking

Oh well :rotfl:

Nite y'all

Well, everyone, I may not be posting as much as usual, although I will keep up with the thread, as it's an escape from realty. John has told me he wants a divorce, and as you can imagine, I am devastated. I am scared to death of what this is going to do to our kids. He has taken them out for the day and he wants to "talk" to them tonight. They have absolutely no idea. No, our marriage has not been blissfully happy lately, but I had no idea that it reached this point. I have not told my parents, which is a phone call I am dreading. If any of you who have been through this, especially with little kids, can offer me some advice, I would really appreciate it.

Not on purpose. They have their own color and ALWAYS use it. Davis orange, Rees blue, BK pink. Everything in our house (towels, cups, plates, clothes, etc) are those colors. They say it's really common in multiples as it gives them their own stuff to identify.

Glynis, do your girls have colors?

Yup! Leslie is a pink girl, and Mary loves purple.

Oh, Tammi! My heart is breaking for you!

If there is anything I can do, please let me know! I don't have any experience with this, but I will keep you all in my prayers!

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I just got off of the phone with my parents. It went amazing well. The were so supportive and it feels like a huge weight has been lifted.

I'm glad you were able to talk to your parents. It helps to have them supporting you at this time. Just remember, we're here if you need to talk! We love you, Tammi!

I'm sure someone has answered, but WW has been wonderful for me. If you have any questions, PM me and I'll be happy to help.

I love Weight Watchers too. After Lydia was born, I joined, and lost 40 pounds from April to August. I am a lifetime member, but I am currently 10 pounds over my goal, so I have to get back with the program. I don't like to pay for the meetings! So, as others have said, make sure you stick with it, even when you meet your goal! :)
