That is great news! I did that same thing with my wallet last spring! I had taken Terra (then 2yo) and my 3yo niece to Target. It was my sister's wedding day and we were running a couple of last minute errands before heading to the hair salon with the other girls. I didn't notice for about 2 hours after having my hair done. I went into total panic mode because all of my money, debit card, license, etc was in there and I wasn't sure how I was going to fly home a few days later without it. I called the store and no one had turned it in. I took a chance and went by the store before heading to the park for the ceremony. There, in the parking lot, sitting in the cart was my wallet almost 3 hours later! We had used one of the fancy kid carts with the plastic seats attached and the cart attendants hadn't picked it up from the parking lot yet. I jumped out of the car and ran for it while the people in the parking lot looked at me like I was insane. I was SO lucky and SOOOO thankful it was still there.

That was really lucky!!!

Cool, I will have to see if any of our stores carry these!

I just took a picture of the box. I'll post the picture tonight. It is manufactured by Coolbrands International in NY. The box says "Disney Chocolate Ears Mickey" and has the picture of the Mickey Bar and Mickey Mouse on the box.

Vicki, Your daughter is beautiful. I love her dress, the color looks great on her. And Mya is so adorable. She seems to me that she has more of the cocker hair. Our Blackie has the poodle hair and when we get him groomed it never fails that he comes home with a poodle cut.

Chanon,

OMG! We just had the meatloaf for dinner and it was delicious. And there are even 3 pieces left for sandwiches tomorrow. This is a keeper and one for the DDA Pixie Dust Recipe files. Thanks again.

I have til Friday to confirm, right? My inlaws are trying to decide if they want to join us. I have repeatedly told Eric to find out what they are doing and they are just so slow to make any type of decisions. Can we add a room for them onto our existing reservation as long as it is available still or does theirs have to be a separate reservation. Sorry to be such a pain.

Enjoy that baby grandson!!!! I'm jealous. I don't have any babies in my life anywhere. My brother and his wife are expecting but they live in Japan! :sad1:

It was indeed a great visit. Now I've got to clear off my dresser during commercials.

I am looking for orange, purple, and blue (medium blue or navy) Crocs knock-offs for the kids. In Crocs the kids need a size 12-13 (the 10-11 fit snug). Anybody seen knock-offs in these colors? I'm having trouble finding them. If you find any, I'll pay you for them and shipping costs. Thanks for the help!
Are you saying you need one of each color? I will check our local payless and walmarts.

Sorry to have scared you all last night -

Tammi ask - are you serious

and I answered um Unfortunately I am not

but you all assumed she asked if I was joking - thus - my answer led you all astray!!

I think we were all too exhausted last night to post!

I cleaned up and fell fast asleep -

it is a gorgeous day so we were out running errands and jsut enjoying the weather -

I am having company for dinner so I am not sure I will be around until later tonight!!
I thought you possibly could be telling the truth, until you posted about the keg. Then I knew it was a joke. :teeth:

Hey Stephanie...

Media center is up and running...you are right..I love it!!

I was going to ask the Geek Squad guy if I could take a photo of him (with his cute little uniform) but then I decided he would think I am crazy!

Kristin - Were you the one who was making the characters with their names? Do you have them all in a gallery somewhere? We bought Terra some shirts last night to make pajama shirts to go with the new pajama pants we got. I was thinking on of those would be a good choice for one but couldn't find them in my limited patience with search.

are you talking about these that I made? I have a link to where they are in my gallery - ready to copy and print - I have a whole thread that has a ton more on it - I will try to load those into my account

Tammi...Are you going to mail ME tags to me?
Tomorrow I am going to call and have them reissued with your correct flight information and tell them to send them to you. PM me your address again. I'm sure I still have it somewhere but send it again just in case. The tags that I have now won't do you any good because they have my info on them.

Elin - are we still on for tomorrow or do you want to do it another day? Let me know how your schedule is.

Our previous black cockapoo, Sasha, had the poodle hair. I don't like the poodle cut but I preferred the hair. Mya sheds a little more than Sasha did. That is my only disappoint in Mya actually. I would prefer she had more of the poodle hair. She is a great dog otherwise.

My aunt and her husband have Blackie's brother, Midnight, and sister, Pepper. It is funny how they all came from the same litter and Midnight looks more like your Mya and Pepper looks exactly like a poodle. Here is a picture of my two. It is so hard to get a good picture of Blackie as you can never tell which end is up.

Now, the older boys:

As you see, Nick is still in the swing, and he recruited Jennifer's Kyle to push him for quite a while. Kyle was a very good sport!

Steve was the master griller of the evening. His cheeseburgers were delicious and though he was confused why Julie wanted a burned hot dog, he still obliged.

fordismastergriller.jpg

Kate and Steve are big Cincinnati Reds baseball fans, and they acquired some of the infamous "red" seats when Cincinnati built a new stadium. Julie's DH, Dave got to soak in the action (the kids running around like maniacs) from these seats.

And here's Kevin eating a Curly Wurly. Apparently Kate recently purchased $35 worth for a friend we all know and love. Please also note that Kevin was not informed all the guys were wearing green.

Still more to come,
Amy :)

Love that all the men were in green except Kevin. He didn't get the memo!!! :goodvibes :goodvibes

Those were some of them. Terra has already picked out the Buzz from there. Didn't someone also make some like it with the characters sitting on the name?

BTW, Terra is a big fan of your designs. If she had her way we'd be making about 30 shirts. I already had to convince her that we would make more later for our trip, just to get her to settle on a few choices for the pajamas.

I've got 9 pages to read and I'm not sure if I'll have time. I just finished the Anniversary Cakes. I am no Betty Crocker, but I think they came out pretty good for a girl that has no cake decorating talent.

Do you think this is fancy enough for a 40th party. We are only serving cake, Ice Cream and soda/juice so I want this to look great.

Deb

Wow Deb. They are lovely!! You did a great job..  :cheer2: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Quick question: can anyone tell me about what age a toddler would wear a size 5 shoe?

Alyssa is still wearing 5s right now, but moving into 5 1/2s. However, I think she has pretty small feet for a two-year-old. :teeth:

Amy :)

Deb, the cakes look great and you did a great job on the toppers.

Amy and Jen, thanks for the pics from the cookout - looks like you all had a great time.

I was at REI today and they had a good selection of kids colors of course Tarryn got a pair of light blue ones.
I saw navy kids ones at payless a couple of weeks ago at the northpoint branch.
