Tink - How do you override the thermostats!? (imagine the computer as the thermostat...)

I got this from someone else here on the DIS, but I've never actually tested it in theory, so I have no idea if it really works! But if I remember correctly, this is what they said a tech told them to do at the Poly:

On the thermostat, push the “power” button and the down arrow (that adjusts the temperature) at the exact same time. If you do this correctly, there will be the letters “bp” where the temperature numbers usually are, and you are now bypassing the sensors in the room. You can then set the temperature to whatever you like, and it will remain at that temperature whether you’re in the room in or not. You might have to do this once a day, as the thermostat tends to reset itself after 24 hours.

Alrighty then, I'm headed to bed. Tomorrow is our bad day, and, if possible, it is even busier. School/teach, kids have their Creative Movement program at school, staff meeting after school, ballet, church dinner, then choir. Oh, and John won't be home tomorrow night until late.

I Can't believe I'm right!! That was the first thing I thought of when I saw it, but I thought for sure you were talking about Ace Ventura!!!

FYI: last night I was just about to go to bed and I did a last minute flip through the channels and stumbled across American Pie and got suckered into watching it AGAIN!! That movie kills me!!!!!!

Well Pickler should be gone after tonight except she is cute so she has a following.

Thank goodness....we watched it while in urgent care tonight(nothing urgent just wanting to make sure we didn't have pink eye...we don't we have allergic conjunctivitis(allergy pink eye!!)) and Pickler was the only one we heard all the way through and she stunk...hopefully she is gone...that girl is missing a cog upstairs.
