The DDA Trouble Free Zone Part 5

I went the other day -

I went to the Disney store and got them bubble blowers (a gun blower) and an antenna topper and watches that were $2.99 each -although if you decide to do that - I highly reccomend that you do not buy your kids the Cinderella or Toy Story watches

- at Wal-mart they have pre stuffed Mickey Mouse and Care bear eggs so I bought those - I am so lazy!!

They are each getting a video - assuming I can find Parent Trap and then Julia got a cupcake doll b/c that is all I have heard about for two weeks and Nick is getting something for his train set!

oh - and the Easter bunny always brings a kite and new markers and sidewalk chalk

To Tinknme, Tia and Denise - We are definately gonna have to come up with a time to meet while at Disney. But we shouldn't be hard to find, we'll all be in personalized t-shirts with matching Crocs and green mickey heads everywhere!

UP - If getting Mickey from one place to another is gonna be difficult, just let me know the weight of him and his luggage and I can buy a UPS or USPS label right before we go and just ship him right from Disney to the next top on his Around the World tour.

Do we need a box of some sort that we can "pack" him in - and then just reseal and put a new label on?

That's the plan. I think I have the perfect box for mine. I'm sure that Theresa & Deb will find one too. The box might get a little heavier with souvenirs but I figured I'd request that they get sent home every once in a while.

Like every good addict I was checking I first thing this morning before I have to go to work. (I have to make up a day that I missed last month) But it’s good being a reservist and only working the occasional weekend.



AND I SAW MY NEW SIGNATURE THAT KATE DID.



Then I had to go back TEN pages to fine when Kate posted it! Now I want to put it in my sig , but I don’t have time and it’s killing me. AAARRRRGGGGGGG!



Oh Kate, thank you so very much! You did a perfect job!!!!! DH is going to drop a load in his pants when he sees it. Is my work day over yet?



DH is a boom operator on the KC-10 (he passes the gas via the “boom” (stick thing hanging out the rear) and I worked in a Reserve KC-10 unit for six years, so that is why we call ourselves a KC-10 family.

I see Kate has been very creative with new signatures. They all look great.

I think we are going to color eggs, do an egg hunt, and get things ready for dinner tomorrow.

My cat Annabelle is going spastic...she's chasing imaginary bugs all over the place...sliding on the kitchen floor trying to stop, scratching her cat tree, running to the window and hitting the screens...geeze!

I think somebody needs to lay off the cat nip! Our Simba does that, but I just think it's because he insane. Or annoying. Either one works for me as I'm not a big fan of his. I just wish he would figure out that I would be a whole lot nicer to him if he didn't bite my toes at 5am every morning when I stumble out of bed and would let me pet him for more than 2 seconds without attacking my arm.

Sounds good to me! I know that Chanon and I overlap a few times in our plans. I'll figure out which ones later and post to see if they match your schedule at all. Plus, I'm flexible so can adapt to meet up as well.

Go to the image kate posted, right click and save as - save to your hard drive. then go to photobucket - login - browse your hardrive and find the file you saved.

Then photobucket will give you three options of code under the picture - copy the one that starts [ img ]

and paste it into your sig under the cp options on the board.

Jen are you using image ready to do them? That's how I did my basic ones but I can't get the signatures right yet... I do have the gif programme that Kate is using - may have to install it... I'm trying to stay away from it until my assignments are done though!

No, I dont think I have image ready I'm just making different layers and then when you choose "Save for web" you can play with the animation commands a bit. Not a whole lot there, though. I'll have to keep looking, but I'm not in much of a hurry. I wouldn't know what design I would want in a signature anyway, and Kate is popping them out so fas (and fantastic!) I don't think she needs any help with anyone elses!

Hmm..... that's a good question. I know they aren't married, because Mickey told me I couldn't show Minnie my ring. And Minnie called me on my honeymoon and said she wished she would get married.

But I CERTAINLY hope they aren't family!

I think it is wonderful too, Jen. I have been trying to figure out how to make Mickey play the piano to lead into a siggy for me too, but have not come up with an idea yet. I would be willing to learn how to make it if I could!
