Kate -
ooooooohhhh!! I love them ALL. They turned out so beautifully. They are even better than I imagined and hoped!

I just don't know how you do it. How do you blend images from different sources and not have lines where you pasted them together?! One of the world's mysteries to me until I 1) learn Photoshop, or 2) buy that other program you all use, or 3) accept that I'm just meant to beg for other people's designs and stick to ironing.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
Yay!!

Jennifer

We had a TON of fun at the taping of Wheel of Fortune!! We were there almost 45 minutes before the door opened and we were some of the last people let in the door(It was being taped in the CO Convention Center). We had nosebleed seats, but in Denver nearly all seats are nosebleed :rotfl2: . But we could still see the puzzles. The shows we watched will air May 4&5. A little tid bit of information we found out... you know the Wheeel of Fortuuuuune that we hear the audience say at the beginning of each show? It's only taped at the beginning and the end of the season and our shows are the end of the season so all next year you will be hearing CO say Wheel of Fortune!! Pat Sajak is a handsome man up close....but a little short!!(He hiked his way up to our seats.

Adorable. I'm dising in bed now. Not as comfy as the living room, but my leg needed to get horizontal.....

Wow! Busy night! Thanks for all of you who posted about Pop Warner! We will probably drive this time so we could avoid the buses anyway if that is the most crowded. It is only an 8 - 9 hour drive & with driving to the airport & arriving early and then your time to get from the airport to Disney, it takes almost as long. We have flown before because DDs love it.

I love your attitude about PW Steffy. :thumbsup2 I will use it too. We were spoiled because the first time we went with DDs was in January and it was so not crowded. When we went back this Oct. it was so hot & so much more crowded. It drove my DH crazy! I would wait & do January again but he agreed to this trip because he knows how bad that I want to do Disney at Christmas.

I have been reading to see all of the different things at Christmas. I am not sure if we will go to MVMCP. I could use opionions on that too. We did MNSSHP last year and we were not too impressed. It was fun but the night we went on the 13th it was sold out & too crowded. It seems like if they are limiting people that they would sell less tickets. I could use some convincing if we should spend the extra money for MVMCP.

We love ASMovies & we spend so little time in the room that it is hard to justify anywhere else. I would love monorail if it didn't cost 4 times as much. This is going to be alot shorter trip so I know we will be on the go the whole time. Last time we stayed 9 nights & only stopped when we got food poisoning.

Thanks again for the help! We will just cheer along with PW kids. :cheer2: Does anybody know anything else that would affect the first or second week in Dec?

Food poisoning!! Oh No!!!! :sad2: :sad2:

I want to do MVMCP because it is the only way to see the Christmas parade all lit up. During the first two weeks, it is the only way to see the Christmas parade at all. Plus, I want to see the show at the Country Bears place. I hear it's cute. I guess I approach the parties differently.

I don't go to get on rides. I can do rides anytime. I go for the events. The longest line we stood in the entire 8 days we were there, was to get the special MNSSHP pins. We must have stood for 45 minutes. I want the MVMCP pins. I want the tshirt. I want to see the shows. I want to see the special Wishes show. I want to see the snowflakes on the castle!!!!!

See, crowds don't bother me. I figure I love Disney, there are other folks who love Disney too. We are bound to have other people enjoying their vacations while I'm there. Sooooo, I go with the flow. I love fast pass. I have the rides down to a science. If what I want to go on has a long line, I go somewhere else. There is always SOMEWHERE with no line.  Or I take in a show. Use that time to do a cool down, rest your feet attraction. Hall of Presidents. IASW. Shop. Dole Whip!

I also rest while I'm having dinner. I almost always have a table service dinner. I'm going to eat at the LTT before the party. During dinner I'll look at the schedule for the evenings events and decide my game plan....  I know that the parade is key, and I'll que up about an hour before, so I can get a good in front of the castle view.... If I'm surrounded by people before the parade, that's okay too. We'll be able to see. Just don't jump in front of me :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: That would not be a good choice....

I agree about Paris -

I told my DH that I think a 17 year old trying to act 35 sexy and sultry is HIGHLY inappropriate and she needs to start acting her age or she is going to be gone soon -

he really likes Katherine but there is a disconnect there with me -

I have not voted yet b/c no one seems to make me want to vote for them

Ace is just not doing it for my anymore - Taylor sang horribly this week -

Chris is the only one that I have liked every week but I think his sound is going to get old - it really bothered me that Bo never really went out of his comfort zone and that Carrie legitimately tried the other genres -

I don't know why they tell Chris - good for you for not compromising - yet tell all the others they need to take risks and step outside of their comfort zones - I think you need to have mass appeal to win and right now Chris doesn't seem to have it

I've just tracked back to read the AI posts - I actually fell asleep during the results last night so have no idea who got kicked off! I was cleaning my teeth when Ace was on so missed him - hope he improved on last week.

I love Chris - but only because I like that kind of music - I think they say good for him as he takes a pop / country / 50s song and turns it alternative to suit him - whereas the others just do a "cover". That's his sound and people who like that will vote.

I do have to say though that I loved the way all three judges told him they loved his interpretation of walk the line... when it was a straight copy of the cover Live did of that track on their recent greatest hits album!!!

I agree that Taylor was awful... what is with the Dad dancing that Paula seems to find so great :confused3

I'm putting bets on the final three being Chris Mandesa and Katherine - although I'm developing a soft spot for the Pickler :goodvibes

ETA: Kate I was thinking about you and laughing when Simon said "I feel like I'm trapped in some awful High School Musical" :rotfl: ;)

I think what they meant when they said that to Chris is that he takes a song and puts his own arrangement to it...that southern rock-ish type quality. The others just sing the song with the same style that it was originally recorded with. Does that make sense?

I did write my answer before I read Tammi's I promise... seems we both agree though

Hmm... no good for me then... I can only use the dairy free margarine

I'll try them again anyway... you never know, if I actually use a rolling pin this time they might just turn out ok :rotfl2:

Tammi -

I hope you feel better soon!! Like I asked Marti the other day:

Is it May 18 yet?!?!?!

I've just realised your trip starts on DH's birthday!

Means I can keep an eye on your tickers as a countdown so I remember to buy a present in time :rotfl:

So much for "I can do WDW yearly, or every calendar year (but maybe 18 months apart), but I don't really see myself wanting to go more often than that". :rotfl:

First joining the boards, then wanting to DVC as soon as it financially makes sense (and not a moment later, "because the prices just go up, you know Jen" ) , to vacationing there any time we have weeks off .... he might be as addicted as we are

:cheer2: :Pinkbounc :cheer2: :Pinkbounc

Jen that's so GREAT!!!! :woohoo:

Wish we didn't live so far away from the World as I think DH could be persuaded for more trips... but it's just sooooo pricey!

And here ends my P3...

I have brownies in the oven and I have to go make my thank you cards.

The sun is finally shining here and we're into double figures for the first time in ages (that's celcius not farenheit)... looks like a happy day ahead.

See you all later

I'm so happy!!!! We might be going next month to WDW! :mickeyjum :mickeyjum :mickeyjum :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

It depends on if this big job we're in the middle of pays us in time to do it. I'm so excited! I haven't been in two years and my DS2 hasn't ever been (unless you count when I was expecting him). My DS3 doesn't remember much from the two times he's been at 9 months and abt. 18 months. My DD10 has been about 10 times ....

Our plan stands like this for the moment:

Drive down (13-14 hours depending on stops) and stay offsite for two nights to recover from the drive, relax, and do DTD. Then we check into the Cabins at FTW for 7 nights. Oh the planning I have to do! And I loooooooove the planning. :cloud9:

So guess what I have to start doing now!? Making shirt designs!!

So, anyone have any suggestions or tips for us?

I'm so thrilled. Gosh I hope they pay us on time or it'll be September before we can make it.

YEAH!!  :cool1: :cool1: I hope that everything works out! Happy planning.
