Well, it's pumpkin time for me here in Utah. I don't know how you East coasters can stay up this late! All I can say is I must be a real fuddy duddy! Maybe it's a good thing I'm not going to the meet in May. I'd be the first one to fall asleep each night, and that's never a good thing at a sleep over.

It's like anything else...good & bad ones out there. Frankly I have had transactions with some agents that I am surprised haven't lost their license...with all the fair housing laws and discrimination laws...

I worked at CCD from 1997-2001 when J was born -

I am sure I saw you b/c I was the Assistant AD and got SUCKED into being the cheerleading advisor - which is SO EMBARRASSING to admit - I would have given my eye teeth to be a cheerleader in HS and those girls had NO interest - I tried taking them to camp - they hated it - they didn't show up for practice - for games and of course since you know who their parents are -there was no way I could do anything - it was a joke!!!

Hmm......... yeah, I'm not a big fan of some of the CCD folks at games. And not because of a healthy rivalry, either. They were MEAN when we came (mostly off school property). I'm talking we had rocks thrown at (or very near) all of our cars when we were driving up to the school! A few exchanged words I can handle, but that was my freshman year.... and I never really was able to get over that first impression

I don't have any negative memories of the cheerleaders, though, and that's the truth It does stink that they wouldn't take it seriously, though... that would drive me nuts! I'll see if I can get some pictures ... I'm sure we DEFINITELY saw each other before games! Hmm... I wonder how many times our paths have crossed BEFORE we would have recognized each others' pictures?
