Yup!! If I don't get to go to WDW I am coming to Utah....figure we can find somewhere to camp and explore another state. Plus I want to go to a Shakespeare Festival performance. I've been to one in MT, CO, and Stratford upon Avon. Maybe that should be my goal. Find one Shakespeare performance in every state!!

Well, I know of several good camping spots in southern Utah. You could spend quite a few days exploring Cedar Breaks, Zion, Bryce Canyon, and maybe even a jaunt to the Four Corners region to see the Anasazi settlement and the Grand Canyon. There's also Lake Powell for great boating and water skiing. Not to mention the great Shakespeare you can see in Cedar City. Let me know if you want me to mail you a brochure. Then, you'll have to let me know when you'll be there, and I'll make arrangements to be there as well!

By the way, that offer is open for any and all members here! I'd love to meet you all and show you my neck of the woods.

Hi everyone!!! Just checking in, nothing much going on here. I am in the middle of spring cleaning/getting ready for a garage sale. So far I have gone through my kitchen and reorganized my cabinets/pantry etc. I packed up 4 boxes and threw away countless junk!!! I am not a pack rat by any means, I can't stand clutter, so I tend to purge things I am not using pretty quickly, that said I can't believe how things just accumulate!!! I still have so much to do, but the kitchen has inspired me, it looks SO good!!!!

I am still working on trying to go on the DDA trip, I should know by the end of the week, keep your fingers crossed!!!!

:wizard: To Mr. Wilson, that is SO sad, I will keep him in my prayers!!!

I hope spring decides to come back soon, it is freezing here!!!

Happy 2nd Birthday Alyssa!!!!!

I hope you had a wonderful day!!!

Take Care Everybody!!!

Julie

I am such a pack rat - wish I wasn't but hoarding runs in my family and then of course so does over shopping. I really need to clean out my cupboards just never seem to get the inclination for it!!!!

Hope the Charming went well for the trip!!! :rotfl:
You may want to make your tie dye and buy your multicolor crocs in the meantime - it may make DH feel guilty!!! :woohoo:

What is everyone's favorite place for breakfast? I am trying to decide what to do for our last morning. Since I don't know when our flight will be I was thinking an early seating (8am) so that we can either hit a park first or head for the airport depending on our ME pick up time.

Yes, you did! Break a leg, Matt. BTW, here's my 3 Little Pigs when they were just over one year old. They HATED the hoods, but they were so cute!

We're wearing Kristin's shirts for our trip. Me-Daisy, BK-Minnie, John- Goofy, Rees- Donald, Davis-Mickey. I think they'll look great together!

I love the pictures!! They look so cute. I would include a picture of my pig, but the camera wasn't cooperative tonight.

We only tie dye in warm weather, because I make the kids do everything outside. I don't think we've ever dyed any body parts other than our hands, though. Let us know how Bill likes the new look. :rotfl:

Beth

So what color hands have you had, I am going to wear gloves when I pluck up the courage to make some for us. :teeth:

I wouldn't ever go on wifeswap if I were you, the other wife might never leave. :rotfl: Seriously, he sounds like one he** of a guy. :wizard: for Matt's play to go well and for Paul.

:rotfl2: He's a great guy - I'm not letting him go!

Hello! Exhaustion is finally catching up with me, because this morning I woke up with dizziness and morning sickness! :sad2: I thought I was way past that. I started to feel better as the day went on, but I've had a perpetual headache that won't go away no matter how many Tylenol I take. Hopefully this is a one day thing!

Clare, I'm glad you are finally feeling better...here's some :wizard: for Paul to be on the mend soon, but kudos to him for going to Matt's opening night! Break a leg Matt! :woohoo: Jennifer, still waiting to hear about your interview...hopefully, you're out to dinner celebrating. Theresa, here's a :grouphug: for you! And Glynis, welcome back! Here's a big :wave2: for everyone else too...hope I didn't miss anything, but I can blame it on my pregnancy brain if I did! ;)

All of your dining talk is making me crazy! There's no way we can go for free dining, since Matthew will be so young, but having come off a budget trip, I really missed eating the GOOD food! We did find some good counter service though...some of our favorites are: Electric Umbrella, Sunshine Seasons at the Land, Fish and chips at the England walk-up place, Cosmic Rays, Columbia Harbour House, Pinocchio's Village Haus, and Tusker House. I am a firm believer that there is no good counter service at the Studios, but Pizza Planet is tolerable.

I'm going to start organizing some pictures now, and maybe Kevin will start posting, after he watches American Idol, of course!

Amy :)

KRISTIN
The new designs are fabulous!!!!!!!!!

STEAMBOAT MARTI
What a great dad!!! Hope Paul is back up & running soon.

DENISE
OMG that is the cutest picture!!! They are adorable!!!

TIA
I would put the restaurants you asked about in this order ..

Chef Mickey's - a must do for our family, gets you in the Disney mode. We usually do this one for our first nights dinner, however we had to make it our 2nd night for August (schedule didn't work out)

Ohana - Food is good & the atmosphere is fun..that being said we skipped Ohana this year & are doing Kona. The food & desserts are excellent .

WCC - My least fav but lots of people like it. Ask for a fun server cause that can make or break your meal. We had a cranky lady. :sad2:

Also for anyone considering Biergarten I would say go for it. The food is delicious & the entertainment is alot of fun. Last October we were there & they had the kids all come out to the floor to dance with the german band. We are doing it again this year.

Our all time favorite way to end EVERY Disney trip - we book Kona Cafe (in the Poly) - we enjoy one of the best breakfasts on property and then take the monorail over to the Magic Kingdom for one last finale. Its the only way we end our trips now.

Feel better soon Amy!!!! I wonder if the headache could be allergy related, I have had some type of headache almost everyday for the last two weeks!!! I swear it's allergies!!!

Is Miss Alyssa having fun playing w/ all of her new B-day goodies??? What did you guys do yesterday for her actual birthday???

Any news on the house front???

I do have a clear runny nose, so it could very well be allergies. Bleh!

We opened some of Alyssa's new toys, but not the "big" things (like her new kitchen set) since it seems silly to unpack it all, only to have to pack it all up in a couple months. She's loving all her new stuff, that's for sure! :goodvibes

The one young married couple (friend of the family) hasn't contacted us, so that's discouraging. However, another woman I used to work with has expressed interest! I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but this house would be perfect for her and her 4th grade daughter. They're coming over for dinner on Saturday! Our financing did get approved to buy the new house yesterday! :cheer2:

Amy :)

My dad called earlier this afternnon and said he had something for Kyle that he was bringning over. It was the Chronicles of Narnia... Kyle was so excited, he has seen it three times and couldn't wait for the video!!! He and Carli are watching right now.

Last week he bought them Chicken Little, I don't know what the Easter Bunny will be bringing now :rolleyes1 !!!!

Thanks for asking. Last night was the first night he slept through the night. Now BK and I both have it. It feels like it's turning into bronchitis (and Rees has a barky cough) so I'm probably off to the doctor with everyone tomorrow. We just went to the library and checked out 45 books. Did I mention my kids LOVE for me to read to them? Then we got Wendy's for lunch. DH is working late, so I may take them out to dinner and to get ice cream tonight. If they feel better by the end of the week, I may try to go to the new GA Aquarium or to the Zoo.

DH is working till 1am tonight so I also took the kids for dinner, we went for Hibachi - yummy.
I came home early today as Tarryn had a tummy ache and then threw up but is fine now.
Hope you all get to feel better soon :wizard:

Don't forget you have to book for the aquarium, my SIL was there Sunday and said it was chaos!!

Yay for the financing :cheer2: !!!

I will keep my fingers crossed that things work out w/ your friend!!! Make a really good dinner :rotfl: !!!

I'm sure that it would be nice to sell it to someone that you know, so you kind of leave it in good hands!!! That's how I feel about this house!!! I want to sell it someday but not to just anyone!!

Well I am becoming an organizational NUT!!! I couldn't wait to empty the dishwasher today, since I actually had room to put things away (it really doesn't take much to make me happy)!! I am working my way through the upstairs, and then will move on to the basement :scared1: , I am dreading that!!! When I move on to that stuff I will start weeding through Kyle's thing's for Matthew, I will hold on to them until you move if you want me to.

Glad to hear you got the financing -- remember the next couple of months will be stressful, do your best to take it easy!
