Hi DDA!

75 degrees here.

Yesterday, we went to the MK along with eveybody and their families. Hey, that's what happens on short trips.

With creative use of FP and a little bit of patience, we covered a lot of ground.

I wish you could have seen Little Guy's face when he saw Wishes. He and I were doing the "Home Alone" face grab! The castle is so beautiful, it took my breath away.

DH wants to buy a back up battery for his money pit, um, camera. Yesterday we got a coupon in the mail from Best Buy. We're supposed to take it to the store for them to scan it - it is worth $5 - $5000. Gee, I wonder how much it's worth? Anyway, $5 off a battery would be good. So then it says we have to also have our "reward" card scanned to use the coupon. Hmm. Where IS that card?

I found the card and I realized we never registered it online. We have a $20 rewards certificate that never showed up, apparently because we didn't register the card. So I go online. It signs me up for a NEW reward #. I go back and see where it says "to register". It says I am entering it wrong. So I call them. I hold for a LOONNNNG time. Then a girl in India who I can't understand very well tells me it will be 7-10 days and then I will be able to see it online. I don't believe her. I gave her all sorts of info, including the transaction # from the receipt for the computer. So we'll see. It would be LOVELY to have that $20 certificate to use with our $5 coupon to buy the battery.

During all this I also realized I don't know where the Best Buy credit card is. Not in the folder with the statements, which is where it should be. It took a lot of digging and shuffling but I found it. So I have kind of accomplished something today!

Chuck also wouldn't go for checkups. It used to make me so angry!

Thanks all for the pixie dust...he had finally made a check up appt for Friday and feels well enough to wait until Friday unless it gets worse again.

Believe me it's TMI if I told you what his problem is/was....that's probably what threw me off last night.

When my cousin is here, we are going to go to NYC for a day..probably on her birthday! were pretty excited about it but have no clue where to start looking for information. She has never been there..i have only a few times..we basically want to do the really touristy things ..probably wont do a show or anything because we are just planning on being there around 9am-5pm. I know she wants to do statue of liberty..and one cousin said somewhere you can get pictures on the Friends set. Anyone have any hints about nyc?

It went well, but was entirely too exhausting for me! We baked and decorated, etc from 9:30am - 8:00pm

We made 8 different kinds of cookies (all in all about 450!). We also made M&M pretzel wreaths, royal icing for the sugar cookies, chocolate covered marshmallows, chocolate covered pretzels, peanut butter fudge and chocolate fudge.

I just hope my aversion to sweets goes away

As for the babies, no changes in how I feel -- but I suppose I'm getting quite used to it I'm anxious to see the ultrasound on Wednesday to make sure things are progressing well!

wow that is a lot. I had an aversion to sweets till my 6th month with both girls

I have an AP, Almost enough for RT flight, all I need is room & food. I think it may be a possibility. I mentioned to the boys that maybe I could go next year & they informed me they were going too! I will have to keep an eye out for discounts or if there is bounceback offered when we go in a few weeks
