please keep that until Monday (but it looks like it's supposed to be here on Sunday). We have the marching band finals and then a special day2serve (or church done differently) on Sunday and we have been given an outside assignment!!

I'll try to keep it! We are supposed to have snow all day Saturday and rain mixed with snow on Sunday. Alan is upset since he had planned to pour a cement pad for our trailer on Saturday. Oh well!

I've got to motivate myself to get something done around here before DH gets home, I've wasted another day off . . . . . . .

:rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

Just how many pages are we shooting for this weekend?

Well, this is what will happen:
We can post whatever. We can post hundreds of pages. Everybody that is gone will come back and NONE of them will read through what they missed. They will simply ask us to post a recap for them. So even if we DO post hundreds of pages worth of stuff it won't really matter.:confused3

Tom's auctions have over 100 views each, but only one bid so far. Looks like people are going to wait until closer to the end to put bids in. I have done it both ways and I can't really see an advantage to either approach. If I bid early then I still lose in the last 11 seconds half the time. Better to just sit on the auction and bid when it is almost over, unless I'm not going to be at the computer when it ends.

thanks!!

and is the creamy part of the ham and egg casserole like creamed ham??

It's basically cubed cooked ham, chopped hard boiled eggs, and a creamy sauce of sour cream and an egg for binding, topped with buttered bread crumbs.

So Your Majesty, are you Dis'ing at work again?

yes ma'am...I am done with my work...in fact I am ahead so nobody can complain...it's DDA'ing or reading the book I have hidden in my bag!!:lmao:

I should have applied then, I wonder if the fact that my youngest is 21 would make a difference?

You should have applied! You just took Brandon, so that should count for something! But you have over 1000 posts so they would have rejected you, too.;)

The only way you can waste a day off is to spend it doing WORK!:rotfl:

Gotta run take care of laundry. Check in later. Try to keep it down to a dull roar, will ya?;)

I need to scoot. My mom and niece just showed up. Alyssa had a dr.s appointment, so she got out of school early. My mom is taking Emma and Molly tonight as there is no school tomorrow.

Can you believe they have discussion boards blocked at my job? It doesn't matter though, because my job is never done.

sounds a little like creamed tuna on toast...I don't think my family would like yours....see my reference to Jimmy not liking sour cream.

Glad that the funk is gone.
:yay: for Alan being home.
:wizard: that you get to go out.

Really good! I was really in a funk yesterday, but things are better today. Alan is working from home, today, so it's kind of fun to see his face around here. I think we're going to try to go out tonight to see a movie or grab dinner somewhere. Keep your fingers crossed!

I think I would cry if I had your job...you seem to handle it with such grace.

I am glad you are enjoying your day off with us!!

:wizard: that the weather hold off, until everything is done.

Well tell him to move here then. Today was 68 and no snow in the forecast yet.

Alan is upset since he had planned to pour a cement pad for our trailer on Saturday. Oh well!

Elizabeth, we can all make a pact now that we will NOT give a recap. They will just have to read. :coffee:

Yikes! You guys are chatty today!

I wonder who will actually go back and read every post?

Thanks Elizabeth for keeping tabs on my auction!

I have over 60 watcher alone! I hope the end of the auction turns into a bidding frenzy!

I have already had one person ask if I could do three dresses for her triplets.
In two different styles! That's six dresses! Yikes! I don't know what I might have gotten myself into!:scared1:
