Still haven't got anywhere with my bank issue. I have called the police, they told me I need to go back to the bank.
The Credit Union is clueless and don't know how to handle it. Let's just say I might not remain my nice, happy understanding self. Things might get ugly.

UGGGH, I really need to go to work in the morning though. This is a royal PITA.

The phone guy called me at 5:40 PM and said he was pulling up to my building. I wasn't home but DH was here. Phone guy calls back to clarify our building and unit #. Phone guy calls one more time to say he found the problem and he can't fix it. He goes on to tell me IF they had gotten to it earlier in the day it would be fixed. Nothing like a little salt in the wound. He says it will be fixed tomorrow by 8 AM. Whatever. So I watched the DVD, exited out of the program, and BAM! my DSL came back up! So now it is working just fine. Bizarre. But I'm not complaining!

see that not even in disney and you get the magic !! glad things are working again .. and i'm sorry about your cap AGAIN .. hopefully you'll get a call back that the new one is in faster then you got a call back from your primary .. Good luck

I got Emma's Nintendo at lunch and her Mickey Clubhouse Plane on the way home from work yesterday so she's nearly done for Christmas. I ordered Lizzy's AG stuff so she's all set too.

I was asking Joe what he wanted and he couldn't think of anything. I showed him the Lego website but he didn't seem too interested. I was thinking of getting him the Lego airport but he didn't seem to care about it. He was mildly interested in the Sponge Bob stuff but I don't care for that stuff as much (I know its not for me.....). So now I'm thinking about a monorail for him but I'm not sure if they are worth the money.

Last year all he wanted was an Irish Flag but he got a Nintendo and an Irish Flag.

Way to go .. the only "christmas stuff" i've picked up so far were a few pairs of jeans and tops for each of the kids .. the toys i have to hold off till last minute because these to like to "treasure hunt" last year they had found all of their toys by the 2 week mark .. i swear i need to rent storage space just to keep them out of their presents lol

I shouldn't have figured out how to check my children's grades on the computer Let's just say the lesson that I thought Cassidy learned last year wasn't learned.

I am a bit stressed in work and outside of work due to some poor choices we made the last few months.........when will I learn???

I really hope everything starts to turn around and straighten out.

Boy, do I know that feeling! I'm trying to tackle our own mountain of unused toys while the kids are in school. I just take a few things at a time, and deliver them to the thrift store. So far, so good. The kids have not noticed anything missing.

that's my rainy day project .. and here's the kicker .. the kids help lol .. rainy days we dump the toy boxes .. they find toys they haven't seen in a while .. and what ever they don't play with on that day goes in a bag or a box it's either trash or yard sale .. to get RJ a llittle more on the page with this idea i told him that what ever money he makes from his toys at the yard sale .. he can either buy one big toy .. or he can keeps saving it up and when we move we'll pay so much for a swing set and whatever he has he can maybe get the next bigger one .. that's was music to his ears .. over the last 2 years he's saved up about 20 bucks .. i really hope he doesn't go for the one big toy with all that money lol .. i don't think my house will be big enough lol

Hope you have fun picking apples and pumpkins, Heather. I know you will all miss RJ, so I hope you can work it out to take him when he returns. That blog is hysterical, isn't it?

It's almost Friday! Have fun apple picking, etc today. We've got to get planning on our family excursion to do so. It was looking like we wouldn't get to pick this year after the big freezes in March, but we found a place! A few extra to get you through until RJ gets home.

Probably so... but it is time for her to move on with her life, I think. She has never lived further away from us than an hour and it has been very nice for her as well as us. I know she wants to spread her wings and it is the perfect time in her life and the career opportunity is wonderful. I think I am ready too. Of course, come May when Kristin graduates from college and takes off for parts unknown, my tune might change drastically!

awww that's so sweet .. I know Kathrin will succeed in Boston just with the way you talk about her. and the fact that she has your FULL support i bet will make all the difference. and come may .. yes you might be singing a different tune .. but, you'll face that head on as well. to get your through the moves and changes.

Today is the Funeral....we had police here yesterday blocking out where the protesters can be and can't. I just also got a phone call from the governor's ofice. Yep I am now a semi celebrity! The governor will be here so that only adds to the protesters fire.

It's a madhouse around here and I just met one of the sisters...what a sad time for the Milam family.

Deb (or Chris)... my boss will be driving through your area this weekend. Can one of you PM me the exact name of your town and the restaurant where Deb works? She said, if the time was right they might stop in and eat a meal.

We live in North Hartland, but the restaurant is in White River Junction. The Restaurant's name is AJ's Restaurant. We are only open evenings. I will be there tonight (hostess) and Sunday night I'll be waitressing. We open at 4 PM on Sunday.

Yesterday is a bit of a blur. Colby and I ran errands in the morning, I made myself a cute Jacket for our trip (actually I decorated one that I bought) and then I was off to work. It was busy and I was tired when I got home. I read everything, but didn't post then headed to bed. I waited on the band Little Feat last night. I had never heard of them, but Chris had. They were in town for a concert. They seemed very pleasant and down to earth.

This morning I caught up on all the shows that Chris had recorded for me. Then I went to start a load of laundry and managed to throw my back out setting the detergent on the floor That is the same motion that I do at least twice a day every day so who knows why. My back felt like it locked up and it hurt to move at all. Somehow I managed to get to the car and picked Logan up at school. I took some Advil and a Vicadin and am laying here with a heating pad. It feels better, but I think it might just be the drugs. Hopefully it is just muscular.

I really want to buy the Minnie Jeans on Disney Shopping.com, but they never seem to be available. I would love to wear them on the plane for our trip with my cute new jacket. Pitiful I know, but a girl needs to be disneyfied for a trip to WDW.

YIKES! I hope things go better then you expect.
There was a police car, an unmarked car, and a CRIME SCENE van outside this morning when I was taking Princess to gymnastics! I couldn't tell which house they were inside, but in all my years in Dallas I have NEVER seen a crime scene van. I tend to think they don't send it out for things like property crimes.
