My wife and I saw the Travel Channel's special on the Beach Club and the Yacht Club yesterday! Now we really want to try that place!

I immediately thought of you and told DW that your family LOVES it there!

Maybe one day we will have the opportunity to book it!

Before I forget to toot my own horn. ...I write the Disneyland and Outside of the Parks news for the MouseforLess newsletter and on Monday I am a feature writer...I wrote a review of The Little Mermaid.

I gotta get off and write the news...we were without power all day at work!!

Tammi- I was thinking of costumes for MNSSHP, and I remembered you and your mom went as Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, with Alyssa as Alice, and Nicholas as the Mad Hatter.
Do you still have any pics of this?
I think that these costumes might be a cooler alternative for us, and I might get my wife to go along with the idea as long as I am Tweedle Dum!
I think that those are costumes that I could make, but I completely forgot what yours looked like. I remember them being very clever though!

Here you go, Tom. Most of my stuff was bought at the thrift store, other than Alyssa's dress and Nicholas' hat. I had to cut the arms off of his jacket because it was blazing hot. If you want to borrow either the hat or Alyssa's dress, I would be more than happy to mail them to you.

Since my brother and his wife are coming along, I might be able to get them to dress up too, If I have the props for them!
I thought about being the Mad Hatter, and I looked one up one hat on ebay and they wanted $50 for it. I thought, NO WAY!
Sooooo...... if you are willing to mail the hat to us that would be AWESOME! (Is this enough dancing bananas to show my sincere gratitude?)
I think I can make Leighanna her Alice dress. I know that she will want to play dress up in it too for the future.

I think the dress was about $25 and I didn't mind spending that because I knew she would play with it (still does) and the time I would have spent trying to make it is worth more to me than that! The hat was maybe 10, then I added the 10/6. I will get it in the mail ASAP. I don't have any of the other props. Sorry!

I meant to ask you guys if anyone had an imagestation account? (www.imagestation.com)
If so , imagestation is closing and they are recommending that you try shutterfly..if you have an account wth imagestation , go on it and it gives you the option to try shutterfly---for transferrinig your pictures to them, you get a free photobook (20 pages)--i made a photo book of the colorado wedding which was a 30.00 value and just had to pay 7.00 for shipping!

Nicholas has his first soccer game tomorrow, and I'm in charge of snacks. I got all of my oranges sliced, the juice boxes are in the fridge chilling, and the cupcakes are ready. I hope it's not too hot.

Well the first week of school is over. Kim, it must be a boy thing. Rarely do I get much of a description of Nicholas' day, but Alyssa tells me EVERYTHING!
