Good Evening DDA!
Our first full Day at Disney! We are tired, but a good tired!
Day 1: We've arrived!...... Finally!
After a rocky start to our trip, we finally made it to our room at POFQ. Thankfully the ME driver didn't have to wait for the bus to fill up. It was only our family, and one other couple. I started to worry though, as half way to our resort, the bus had to stop and cool down. The driver said that he was having transmission issues, and had to stop for a minute, and then we would be on our way again.
We finally made it'got to 'Ohanas in time for our ADR.
Leighanna even had time to try on a Goofy hat in the Poly's gift shop!
We were seated by our "cousin" and had a wonderful meal! Leighanna got up and did the limbo, and coconut races, and I even got up with her and did the hula!
As we were going around the restaurant, I could see the beautiful castle all lit up in the night sky, I knew that it was't in the cards for us to see her today, but we were at the beginning of a wonderful trip, and I had planned to see alot of her in person in the near future! Sorry if I referred to the castle as a her, but something that beautiful just has to be a girl!

Hi everyone!
Well I am officially a Disney employee! (well a Children's Place employee technically). I am working PT at the Disney store starting Monday!
I am so tired from this week. We are all just settling into the kids school schedule/activities here. It's only been 3 weeks since school started & I am ready for a week off!
Woo Hoo. So now you can answer all of our Cast Member Questions, right?
I'm finally home from work. We served 319 people tonight. I did 40 myself. It seemed busy early, but not too bad after that. I guess I'm getting more used to the faster pace because I could have easily done more. I made a few bucks for our trip too

Day one: (should have been day two, but I digress)
LOEMH
I had the alarm all set for an early day, apparaently after the long day that we had yesterday, not everyone felt the same.
We all finally go up and headed to the Magic Kingdom.
I had wanted to get there at earlier, but since it was really not crowded, we still managed to quite a bit within the first part of the day!!
Leighanna was chosen to play a game of Duck, Duck, "Woof"!
She had a blast!
She saw the Tweedles at the tea cups, and since she knows that her Mommy and Daddy are dressing up as them, she just had to see them!
They were a hoot! Angie said that she hoped that I wasn't expecting her to act anything like them, and I said SURE! I absolutely plan to be JUST like them at MNNSHP on Sunday!
She just shook her head in disbelief, and walked on!

Yay for extra vacation money!

Nick is still up with me. He is complaining about how tired he is, but since his birthday is tomorrow he is determined to make it until midnight 
I think I'll grab a hostess cupcake and put a candle in it. He's still got 6 minutes to wait.

The park was quite empty, and we walked on just about everything. The character meet and greet lines were very short too. I was feeling quite happy!
No, this was NOT taken before a breakfast adr. Actually around 10:30 or so!
I have got alot more photos on my camera, but since I forgot the usb cable for mine, I am only using the photos from her camera! So you will see more after I return!

After lunch at the Starlight Cafe, we went back to the resort to swim and relax a bit.
We all got some rest in and changed clothes, and headed to our ADR for Mama Melrose!
I was a little worried about this place, but we all LOVED it! Leighanna gulped down her spaghetti, and wanted more!
She was also granted a wish from one of the CM's!
They made her "Honoray Chef for the Day!"
After Mama Melrose, we had to high tail it over to Fantasmic. The park seemed empty, probably because everyone was already there!
We all got some rest in and changed clothes, and headed to our ADR for Mama Melrose!

So I put 3 little 100 calorie cupcakes on a plate in the shape of Mickey and stuck a candle in it. He was beaming when I sang "Happy Birthday" to him. Now he's going to bed.

The OB appt went good. I lost another lb. When I go back in 2 weeks we will have a sono to measure her growth.

I thought it was late, and was worried about getting a seat. Although the arena was pretty full, we still had a great seat only 10 minutes before it started!
At this point DSIL camera decided to have a dead battery, so she missed most of what happened next, trying to replace the dead, with the fresh! I got some good one's though!
Leighanna had an AWESOME time at Fantasmic!
