Riley ended up playing 2 games today. The 1st one was with his team. The 2cd one was with the team playing after them. They were short a couple of players & Riley volunteered to play. Both games were won

I just got a call from a family I sit for asking if I can come over tomorrow afternoon. I like them, so I said OK. More Disney money!

I've been playing around with all the pros and cons of our options for next year. I really do love the Poly. I love the atmosphere at night there-love seeing the castle all lit up at night and the beach and the Electric Water Pagent but then I looked at the menu at Captain Cooks and I think we might be better off at a value resort. I guess I should call and see what I could book and what I could get with a AAA discount.

I don't want to do the dining plan again. I know we made out well doing it this year but there would have been lots of meals that we would skipped if we hadn't already paid for them on the dining plan. We just weren't all that hungry.




The laundry is beeping at me again and I haven't put the last 2 loads away. Guess I gotta do that so I've got the laundry basket again......

Just wanted to let ya all know, mom got the results from her polyps and they were benign. She just has to take extra calcium, zinc, and 1 other vitamin.

Bernadette - Choosing a resort is a pain. I thought I wanted to stay at the Contemporary, but Deb had a review on AllEars that made me kind of rethink it. I think the bathroom sinks would annoy me. And you mentioned that the transportation can be tricky, which drives me mad. I think we'll be sticking with AKL for the forseeable future.
Lizzy and DS wear the same size pants. I just bought him 2 more pairs today at Gap Kids so he has a black pair for band and another navy pair for every day.

Well I got Virginia's clothes washed and put away.
Got the Crib bedding washed and put on.
Got the Blankets washed and put away.

Toys are already done.
Towels and wash rags are washed and put away.

Need to get the swing and car seats taken apart and washed.
Need to pack the suitcases.
Need to put the wall stickers on the all and hang the diaper stacker.

Need to shampoo the carpets.

Here's my take on the party, it was fun but I don't think I would do it again. I just don't think you get that much more for the extra money you pay. We've now gone to the Halloween, Christmas, and Pirate party. I actually prefer the Halloween party, but we won't be doing that one in November either. As for this one, Brandon's excitement over the Pirates in the parade made it worth the cost, after all, this trip was all about him. And yes I admit it, we spoil him rotten, but I take my job as MawMaw very seriously

It sounds like a good day for the boys today! Jake's baseball team won both of their games -- 11-6 and 11-1, and his soccer game ended in a 4-4 tie.

Here's the soccer coach -- now imagine a british accent... he's not McSteamy or McDreamy but he's not bad for a soccer coach...

And here's Jake. Their shirts haven't come in yet, so they all wore red plain shirts. They played a team whose native language is Spanish...so I consider it a good day that they tied them.

Elizabeth -- the weather was wonderful this morning...up until about 10:30. Very little sun and a nice breeze, until the humidity kicked in! Poor Lindsay. We watched the UT game today, and it poured in the middle of the game, but only for about 20 minutes. They did have to stop the game towards the beginning for lightening in the area. I hope the weather gets better soon!
