The DDA Trouble Free Zone Part 25

Has anyone had trouble splitting a TS meal using DDP? I thought that some of you had mentioned that you've done this to save TS credits for the 2 credit meals, but I was reading on the Restaurant Board that they will not split TS meals?

Deb we have done this a lot of times.
Sometimes they split it in the kitchen.
Bringing 2 plates of food.
Sometimes they just bring an extra plate.
So you can split the meal.
They always knew I was using TS free dining credits.
Never had a problem.

Woohoo! Wow, you are getting so close to graduation. I can't believe how fast the time has flown. Where do you go to school anyway? Is it televised? I heard that this year they are going to do a live web stream of the graduation from the university Katrina attends. I think that is cool.

They had a live stream on the web when I graduated from the University of Central Florida.

Wow, what a chatty bunch tonight. I had to work A bunch of the guys that work with Chris were in (Chris was for a few minutes but had to take Nick to Scouts) They were very loud and obnoxious due to alcohol I'm sure. They arrived at 5:30 and didn't leave until 9:30 when I told them they would not be served anymore. Oh well. As I was leaving here this afternoon I threw a load of laundry into the dryer and it wouldn't work It worked this morning, but now it doesn't. We do have another in the basement that was my grandmother's so Chris got that moved around tonight. I will be able to get laundry done again tomorrow

Got news today that a dear friend passed away on 4-30
He had been diagnosed with lung cancer 2 years ago.

Heidi, I am sorry to hear that!

I am graduating from Rowan University-i havent heard of it being televised, but that woudl be awesome!!

Doesn't C-SPAN broadcast college graduations for days on end this time of year? Never know who you might see!

I am home from work. Just me and Aurora. Kind of lonely. And no posts for the past 90 minutes! Guess I will have to go to SOME OTHER boards.

I guess it is too late to hire movers? We moved in here in monsoon-like rain, and our movers were amazing. I hope if it does rain on you that it is just a quick sprinkle!

Yesterday a DISer who lives in Idaho posted that she had snow.
They are calling for possible frost for us.

Duke (the friend who passed) was so great. Always treated me like the daughter he never had.

I remember one time after we had just moved into a home in the same development he lived in. The house we were renting had a wood stove for heat and John was having trouble keeping it burning. We had a bad snowstorm, John had left for work and about 1/2 later his wife called to see if I needed anything from the store. Well he came over picked me up and took me to the store. On the way home, told me I was not allowed to stay home by myself. Brought me to his house and sent his brother in-law over to my place to keep the fire going.

hope you are all having a good day..im home , waiting for dr to call...all of a sudden, i feel like i got hit with a ton of bricks..lovely sinus infection..

I hope that you feel better! I also was hit with a ton of bricks yesterday evening...lovely UTI. It came on so suddenly. I went to the walk-in. The doctor couldn't believe that I didn't have symptoms longer, because she said that it was a bad one. It sure felt like a bad one! I went from nothing to being in tears in no time at all. Thankfully she also prescribed something to help with the pain. I still don't feel 100%, but it's a lot better than it was.

I have a headcold..the first time I have had a cold in YEARS!!! 3 day before Daniel's communion. I hope I can get it gone fast!

I hope that you feel better, too! Miles is almost completely better. He has a little cough and congestion but not enough to slow him down. Matthew's fever finally broke early this morning. He still has a nasty sounding cough and looks like a train hit him. He is taking another day at home to rest...Mom's orders. Matthew never gets sick either.
