So I am looking at 4 jobs. 2 seriously, 1 still needs more info, and 1 I don't want at all and I shouldn't even count it.
The mom from this morning e-mailed me and let me know they definitely can't afford the salary I quoted. BUT that gave me a chance to e-mail her back and tell her that I am VERY interested in this job and I am willing to negotiate on salary for the sake of being in a job I love. I just haven't been thrilled with what I have been seeing in my salary range, so perhaps a bit of tweaking is in order. If anyone has some pixie dust to spare please toss it my way along with a wish that this family can meet my lower request.

I hope you can negotiate things with this family!

Good morning.

Today is Alyssa's graduation from preschool. After today my baby will be a kindergartener!!!

I'll try to post some pictures later.

We get deer through here on a regular basis, but they haven't been in my yard for a while. We also have a rabbit who hangs out in the front yard almost everyday.
What is cool about the deer, they are so used to getting fed that they aren't really scared of people and some times you can get prety close to them.

I have at least 3 deer in my yard regularly (like almost every day). They tend to sleep in my front yard. They are driving me crazy. They keep eating the plants by my pond which is right outside my bedroom window. Now mind you, I live in the country and we have 5 acres and they decide they have to come up to the house to eat my plants. Like there aren't enough trees & plants in the rest of the 5 acres.

Good morning, all! I am so sorry that I have been gone so long! I don't think that I will get a chance to catch up. I have to get in the shower now, and I'll be gone all day. Also, we are celebrating Miles' birthday today, since yesterday (his actual birthday) was crazy busy!

I may be able to stop in tomorrow for a little bit, but I haven't even started getting ready for our trip to Connecticut for the synchro regionals.

Please PM me if there is anything going on that I need to know about. I'll check my e-mail later and see the PM. If someone wants to PM me a quick summary of the last week or so, that would be great, too!

Nursery school ends after next week, so hopefully I'll have at least a little more time.

Today is the last day of Preschool for Colby and Logan. I have to run more errands while they are at school in preparation for our camping trip. I also need to clean, pack and cook today all that needs to be done before I go to work at 4:30. Why do I always seem to be in a pinch? No point in pouting I just need to get moving and get it done.

I got a letter from Nissan today informing me that my cell phone can de-program the electronic device that starts my car. I knew a keyless car would have issues! They are designing a new remote and will distribute them this Fall. Boneheads.

The thing is by taking off the summer I will not be taking classes again until January 2008. Reason I will be out of the country for two weeks in September on the Disney Magic. Well that is the current plan. So I feel guilty not taking classes but I know I can use the break. Especially since there is a lot I want to do to prepare for the time away.

Plus I may be traveling again for work. I have a feeling I am in for a busy summer

I stand by my sttement that you made the right decision. I think with all you've got going on (work, personal, etc.), you need to take some time to de-stress. If not, you could have major burnout this summer and that won't do your education any good at all!

Take the time, breathe deeply, enjoy your cruise, and then in January go back with a renewed spirit!

The twins have their preschool graduation next Thursday. I can't believe it, either! What are we going to do, Tammi? All our babies will be in school. Is Alyssa in full day kindergarten, or is it like here, only half day?
