Fantastic pics, Kristine!!

Lindsay, for Stephanie's shirts, I just did 2 of them on an 8x10 sheet. So, I guess, 4x5? :confused3

Hi guys...

we are safe and sound. Thanks for your concern! It has been a crazy couple of days trying to get out of Chicago before the storm hit. We did make it out. We went so last minute...that I did forget a couple of things...but at least we are here and safe. Here are a couple of pics from the Poly. Take care!

Glad to hear you guys made it out, Kristine! I hope you guys have an amazing trip - love the room! We stayed at the Poly in March in a renovated room, but the new headboards weren't installed yet. The room looks so much better with them!

And you look positively tiny! :thumbsup2

Thanks, Karen and Kelly! I'm hoping to maybe get around to making them this weekend - it is much more challenging than just making adult ones.

Vicki Are you there yet?

Kristine. Loving the pictures, can't wait to see more. Have fun.

Elizabeth. Have a safe trip. Take lots of pictures.

Melanie. Have a safe trip. I know that you're leaving soon too.

Did I miss anyone? If I did I'm blaming it on this late hour. I'm off to bed.

Night all.

One more post. This is for Nicholas. Have a Great Birthday.

Lindsay - Keeping this a secret has been horrible! DH & I have had SO many times when we very nearly slipped it is not even funny! Like tonight when I got home I was telling DH that Momboss forgot I was leaving. She actually ALWAYS forgets. And she has had a really stressful week so I can see how she forgot. I told her I left the car seats in the hall for her, and she asked why! :rotfl: I said "Because I am going to Disney World and you will need them!" Luckily I realized what I was about to say to DH and I stopped. And DS was in his room getting some socks so he didn't hear me.
It was hard to come up with a way to tell him. DH wanted to tell him tonight, but I wanted DS to get a good night's sleep. (Unlike me!) So we are going in at 5 AM and telling him that we are leaving for Disney World RIGHT NOW! He'll have 30 minutes to get dressed and put his Game Boy in his backpack. I thought about doing the enchanted phone call from Mickey but since it will be so early in the morning I decided not to. Alarm goes off in 4.5 hours, wake DS in 5.5 hours, leave for the airport in 6 hours, flight in 8.5 hours. :bitelip: I don't actually think we will need an hour to get to remote parking and then to the terminal, but better safe than sorry!

Janet - I'm glad your DH was able to get his truck out without having a crash! You guys be careful!

Kristine - YAY! I'm so glad you all made it out before the storm! Your pics are great! I can't wait to get there and see all the holiday decorations in person!

I'll probably be back before we leave. I still need to print boarding passes.

Good night, Deb!

Jen - I did a market research thing where I watched a preview of the Lake House. It really didn't do anything for me. :confused3 I guess I can skip it the next time I go to Blockbuster!

I was really sad when the Food & Wine and MNSSHP people were leaving and coming back this year because that is when we went last year. This trip will be short, but at least we have one day for each park. :)

OK. My boarding passes are printed. I guess the smart thing to do would be to try to get some sleep, wouldn't it? Good night, DDA!

Elizabeth - HAVE AN AWESOME TRIP!!!

This time last year, we were at the WL, getting ready to move to the BWI, having just seen the CP. And this time NEXT year, we'll be on our 3rd night at the GF! sigh :goodvibes

Good morning, DDA!

Kristine - Great pictures. How many shirts did you make? The Poly looks gorgeous since they refurbed it!

Elizabeth - you are on your way now!

Boy, with everyone gone, it's really going to be quiet around here the next few days.
