I set the smoke detectors off today by burning a tortilla in a frying pan. It was nice and black on the one side, I thought the pan was on low and I had ran to my bedroom to quickly do something, nope the burner was on high. It was smoking a ton and stunk.

Chris is sitting on the other side of the room reading and asked me who the girl is that uses the smoke detector as a timer He wouldn't post himself as he said you guys don't know him well enough yet.

Well, Deb, I can now totally sympathize with you. I got the tell-tale pain in my lower back that signals a kidney stone. I've been on Lortab now for a few hours, and the pain is manageable! Hopefully, this stone won't be as bad as last years, however, it's bad enough to send me to bed!

Ramiro wanted to show everyone his yard-art.
If you look close there are small metal flowers in the bed.
He also picked out the butterflies.
We are looking for Flamigos & a pink yo-yo.
To add in the front yard.

Chris- That would be me, Becky. I am 24 and live in Pennsylvania.

Normally I am very good about not doing that type of thing, however today I was in a hurry to get to work, so I ran quickly to another room however I wasn't quick enough and hadn't paid enough attention.

Come on out and play. We all started out on this thread not knowing anyone. You at least know Deb and have heard bits and pieces of things. We will never get to know you, if you are afraid to post. So jump on in the water's fine.

How have you been today?

Truthfully? I've been in tears off and on all day. First no pain, then I paid for it. I actually have taken the main meds a little closer than prescribed just to get through the day. Right now the pain is managable and I'm in a pretty good mood. This afternoon the pain was horrible and I started my TOM so my emotions are wild anyway. I think I'm going to try to get an appointment with a chiropractor tomorrow just to eliminate another possibility. I am determined to get to the bottom of this pain. I told Chris that I feel like such a baby complaining for weeks now about this. I have been fortunate to have been so healthy for so long that this has really thrown me for a loop.

Hey guys! I've been reading along but my sinuses have me still quite foggy! I'm supposed to head to Lansing tomorrow and I'm just not sure I'm up to it. Chuck & I are planning our meals for our Feb. trip. I can't believe it is just a little over 2 months away.

for those that need it. I can't remember everyone since my head is so foggy so if I miss you, please don't feel bad. It was not intentional. Deb & Glynis, I hope you are feeling better soon. Tammi, I'm sorry about your uncle.

I talked with Bernadette on her way to the airport. She says Joe seemed to have a good time but it was quite crowded while they were there.

Pour cake mix in a bowl, and 1 egg, 1/2 cup oil, 2 tbsp water, and mix. If you're adding raisins, nuts, or chips, I've found that 1 cup works well. Depending on the cookie you're making you either roll them into balls or drop them onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 11 - 13 minutes at 350 and that's it.

I wonder if I can just use less diet soda and make them Weight Watchers friendly?
