I woke up in tears at 6 this morning it hurt so bad and was prepared for another bad day -I couldn't believe there had been no improvement overnight - I fell back asleep and slept rather soundly until 10:00 and when I woke up I would say the pain was about 1/2 of what it was!! I am getting around much better - I still can't really be alone but at least I can do a little more - I am at my parents and Steve went to spend the day with the kids!Glynis said:Thanks, Kate! I really appreciate it!
How are you feeling today? Is the knee pain any better?

I still can't really do anything - walking to the bathroom is about all I can handle! But now I feel like I can at least see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel!!!!

His teacher came to our house to meet us last Thursday and showed him a picture of one of the little girls in his class - first words out my sons mouth "She's my girlfriend"
we were cracking up - I guess the teacher knows who to watch out for now!! I keep asking if he wants to stay home with me and the answer is always a resounding NO!!
His first official day is Tuesday - he is so excited - his class is next door to Julia's so I think that will make the transition easier for him - she has already promised to walk him to his class each day!! (whether he likes it or not)

Every once in awhile I am awakened in the middle of the night with a voice telling me to pray for somebody or something. The last time it told me to pray for all the pregnant ladies I knew...at that exact time a friend hit a rough patch in her pregnancy/life and felt the comfort of prayers.
To make a long story shorter....I was awakened at 1 my time this morning to pray for some very specific DDA'ers and some general prayers for all the DDA....so I am hoping those I was asked to pray for have had a good day. I also am telling you this because I know prayer works and you all have been in my prayers constantly...even when I think should be sleeping!!![]()

I had posted a few months ago for Denise to post a prayer request for my family. Well........older son and his wife are having problems again. He will probably be here later today to move in. I am hoping they will start some counseling this week and pull it back together. They have two adorable little boy......Jake 3 and Noah 5 months.
Thanks
