The Days are off. Live trip report

It is now 4.30 and I don't think there is chance of getting back to sleep, feel like a 5 year old on Christmas morning. WE ARE IN DISNEY

I love/hate that first morning when you wake up 4am. Creep about room. Watch the 10 must see channel! Waking everyone up, really wanting to jump up and down on the bed, then being told to back to bed like a child, cause its too early!! I'm usually perched just above the edge of bed, dressed ready to go at 5am! Have a great holiday!! X

Seems weird that we are not going in the parks until we are back from the cruise, we seem to be doing it the opposite way round to what everyone else does

This is what we did last year and we're doing the same next month. It makes more sense to me to have so much to look forward to after the cruise. I'd hate to go straight to the airport!

We are cruising next year and were going to finish with the cruise but I felt the same way could not go home after cruise so we have turned it all upside down. 7 night cruise 9 days road trip to keys then 6 nights in Disney. Woop woop

Glad I am not the only one doing the cruise the other way round then.

By the way all star movies Internet is really good. I am also impressed with the hotel but the pools get a bit busy. We usually go to AKL or SSR but this is good too. Beds comfy room ok and shower is good. I would stay here again

We have been shopping today and got back about 2. Have been to premium outlets near universal and Florida mall. I didn't spend anything in outlet which is never heard of, but didn't like any of the dooney handbags but we still have shopping when we come back from cruise

I did buy 7 scarves from charming Charlies at florida mall. I love that shop. I also bought a cooler cup from the Disney store for the cruise. Shane bought me a purse that I liked which was nice as a thank you for taking him on holiday (daughters boyfriend).

We had breakfast at ponderosa this morning which was ok nothing special but for the price was fine. We also ate at Charles for lunch we love the steak cheese sandwich and gourmet fries yum.

We are having a great time, every time it just gets better
We are off to afternoon tea at GF shortly so that will be good as Shane has never been and he likes his cup of tea

We are then going to the other outlet and then will probably get a pizza on way home tonight. Then pack for cruise tomorrow

Ohanas for breakfast first

Don't expect any photos until we come off the cruise and we are in Saratoga.

We renew our vows on the dream on Monday on the meridian deck so hope that will be nice

Security had the Steve Irwin guy there but the alligator decided to come our way and let me tell you they go do not under estimate them

Now wary of Disney car parks
We have photos so will put them up in a few days . It is funny now but security told us to run and we did

And the funniest part is when they had caught the critter Kevin turned up in the car unaware of the event and not far from where the alligator was and was waiting for us to jump in the car. Also Shane was taking photos whilst running we did wonder whether alligator teeth marks are covered on Alamo car hire rental

Loving your trip report!! Had lots of lols at your unfortunate alligator experience lol although I think I would have passed out, funny to hear about but you must have been terrified!!! Enjoy your cruise

OMG a gator! Seen a few in FL but never in WDW (although I'm not naive enough to think they're not lurking). Can't wait to see the photos. Have a great cruise

I tried to put a Union Jack on the side of our balcony but the crew and DCL management got very "iffy" about it. Even though it was very securely attached they insisted I take it down in case it came off and went into the ocean and cause pollution or harmed any sealife. I totally understood and it was/is a fair point but it did put a slight dampener on the moment
