We had so much fun playing Disney Headbandz last night!! On my first card I guessed my card in 3 questions!

Today's agenda:

DS13 to do observation 2 for his science fair project --observation 1 done
cut and put together 2 Valentine's Day mesh wreaths and then I'm done.
watch Rose Bowl parade
update Dec 2013 challenge thread
updated annual challenge thread
scrap the pages I kitted yesterday
scrap the school pages I have planned to do for 4 days!
put away holiday stuff by 6pm
make shopping list for tomorrow (scrapping needs) Done when mom drove up for a visit because she wanted to shop up here!
work on some things with the big kids - 2 must dos today

I asked DS13 to help clean up from their party last night.. he can't do that until he showers. Seriously..you are setting mom off early in this new year! Boys!

Take things that have been stashed in my scrap room and give them a real home

My 13-yo puts off a shower, especially when there is no place to go. He would rather clean!

Today:
Bring in table from garage
Watch bits and pieces of Rose parade
Friend coming over to scrap - yay!
Unload dishes
Work on laundry
Look through pics on computer to upload to online scrap program
Get ready to go back to work/school tomorrow

I have decided I am going to traditional scrap the pictures I have printed, and then switch to online/digital. I will probably work on both at the same time. I am just not finding time to scrap these days, and then I can't find the motivation.

Happy New Year!

This day has just flown by. Got up at 7:30, put the pork ribs in the slow cooker, had breakfast and read the paper, gabbed on the phone with a friend and the next thing I know, it's after 12!

Got the collards and black eyed peas on the stove simmering now. Paid some bills and cleaned up my 2013 paper and online files.

Back to our schedules tomorrow!

Amazing that we are about to have this great snowstorm, and they have already cancelled school through Monday!!
We have been pretty lucky so far, but i think that 2014 may change things.

Well, they have cancelled school for tomorrow. Likely they will be cancelling for Friday also. They are calling for 12-18 inches of snow from midnight tonight through noon on Friday. Depending on what the roads look like in the morning, I might have a snow day too!
