Happy last day of September!

All I can say is ONE MORE SLEEP! I am so ready for a quick getaway - no doctors, no PT. I need a break!
Met with the ortho yesterday - as I thought, he can't confirm anything until I get an MRI done so that is in process of getting a referral and then I can have it scheduled. He did see some adhesions on the X-RAY, says I more than likely have what Joe had (frozen shoulder) but only the MRI will confirm. In the meantime, he said to continue with the PT for it can only help...

Today:
Morning chores
Dust and clean downstairs
Aquasize class
Finish trip prep
PT
Dinner out

Will be back on Monday - until then have a great weekend Nan, Chae and Rebecca!
Lisa...hope you and Megan have a blast at DL (what am I saying, of course you will !!)

Although we are excited to go, its also a bittersweet weekend...tomorrow is Jim's birthday, he would of been 56...Sunday is our wedding anniversary, 18 years <3 ...know he'll be with us as we celebrate him!

work at LSS - last day sad to leave her, but ready too!

OMG! the little girl I am watching loves Elmo... but if I hear the Elmo song one more time I'm going to form a 1 person mutiny! Good thing I like Elmo!
