today is inventory at work ;(
then home cut out some pictures while waiting on boys to get home from school
then horsebackriding for boys
home supper - I'm thinking bake chicken
print off more Epcot pictures

make a list of what is needed to finish my 4 main albums
I know HS only needs 1 embelly for One Man's Dream - I'm thinking of doing a shadow of Walt & Mickey holding hands so pretty basic but would fit

Today:
Is my scrap day so I'm going to complete my list I made last night of what I want to accomplish today.
kids only have practices today so it's a early night, everyone done by 6:30pm.
dinner
time w/ the kids again tonight!!!!
make sure i have all the ingredients for the blueberry fritters I need to make tomorrow for event at school on Friday.

Good Morning!!!

My list for today:
Laundry
Work on AK swap - must get 2 groups finished before getting on computer. I did it!!!! Now I can be on here!!!!
Work - we are finishing getting the store ready for the Fall Tour tomorrow. Each store is visited and graded on its readiness for the fall/halloween/Christmas season. We've been working hard on cleaning, decorating, and organizing everything. I sure hope we get a grade of "A" or our manager will not be fun to be around!

Please keep your fingers crossed that nobody signs up for the 2 classes I have scheduled for Friday night. We are going down to WDW for the weekend and we are hoping we can leave here Friday afternoon rather than Saturday morning so that we can go to to Mickey's Halloween Party on Friday night. So far nobody has signed up, but my manager won't let me cancel the classes any earlier than 24 hours out. So tomorrow afternoon is the earliest I can cancel. I did take down all my schedules showing September classes (those are the only ones left) and put up only October's schedule!

Good Afternoon Ladies!!

Been a busy day here, last one for the week!! I need a break.

Girls up and out
DD#3 to preschool
run errands with mom- shes driving
Went to her house for a bit, scoped out her awesome new sewing machines. I have a new list a mile long for her!!
picked up DD#3 from school
dropped new script off at pharmacy, dealing with kids this week and DBF's mother the other day depleted my meds
picked up DD#2 from school
picked up script
Home
Lunch
Sorted the mail
sent email about DBF's missing lego sets
Now to:
order baby announcements
finish thank you notes
upload to snapfish -got new codes!!!
get girls off to dads for the evening
finish dinner-crock pot cream cheese chicken (which i started before we left this morning!!!)
relax
tomorrow is jammie/scrapbook day. Baby K will get to see the downstairs for the first time!!

Sooooo easy. I dont always use the fresh onion and garlic, i will just use dried. And same for the dressing packet, I will use dressing out of the bottle and less broth. Everyone eats it at my house. huge hit!


Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 package Italian salad dressing mix (like Good Seasons)
1/4 cup water or chicken broth
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped (I always used minced garlic)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (I use Campbell's Healthy Request)
8 oz. of cream cheese (I use light)
1/2 cup chicken broth

Place chicken in crockpot. Mix Italian seasoning and 1/4 cup water or broth. Pour over chicken and cook on low 4-6 hours.

Spray a pan with pam and saute the onion and garlic. Add Cream of Chicken soup, cream cheese and 1/2 cup chicken broth. Stir until smooth.

Add this mixture to crock pot and cook on low for one hour.

This can be served with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
