laundry as the kiddos took the machines all weekend

Good Morning!

Dad is still in good spirits and had lots of visitors both Saturday and Sunday- he perks up so much for them. Saturday it was his sisters, a niece, nephew(and his new bride), as well as my brother and his family. Sunday was 6 or more college classmates and some spouses, along with his best friends from college daughter and spouse (both of the friends have passed on years ago). Another brother and my sister arrive today and I head up Thursday after DH and I arrive home.

We head off to Disney for a few days for DH's birthday today.

Today:
get water system refilled with chemicals
pack
head up to Disney
dinner with friends
fireworks in the lounge

I think MK today- we are staying at BLT and I want some new cards for the game.

I'm working.

Busy weekend. On Saturday, Morgan went to Scouting Day at Tufts Veterinary School, had a great time and even learned a few things While she was there, I demoed the new Keurig Vue for some friends at a crop. Gave them personalized mugs with their initial, love that adhesive vinyl! (Made them there because I wasn't sure who would be there).

We went back after the Tufts thing and she worked on some homework while I picked out some pictures for completed pages. She didn't last long, so we did a few errands on the way home.

Sunday morning we spent sewing. She finished up her handmade item for the secret sister swap with very little help from me (I did a little measuring, cutting, and pinning, she did all the sewing).

In the afternoon we went to my sister's for cake and ice cream for my nephew's 15th birthday. Once we got home, we had to take the chair out and put it on the sidewalk, new furniture is coming on Saturday!

Rebecca, glad to hear your dad is in good spirits. Enjoy your trip for DH's birthday.

Morgan has dance tonight. I think I'll put the blankets back on the beds tonight when I change the beds. It's getting chilly.
