It's move in day #1 here at the house!

Today's agenda:

up and see the big kids off to work; send PJ w/ kleenex...she and the kids always cry on her last day...
nap
scrap
see DH off to his dr. appt.
DH to gas up my van for drive
load van while awaiting big kids to get home from work
lunch
to campus (DD to follow us so she has her car)
unload/set up/shopping/dinner w/ DD
send reminder texts to DS18 who is responsible for get DS13 to football tonight
check to see if boys got dinner done
back home
check on kids; text w/ DD
sleep

Feeling much better today and ready to get back into my routine!

Morning chores
Gym
Water porch plants
Couple loads of laundry
Vacuum and mop downstairs
Clean downstairs sliding glass doors
Finish up grocery list and coupons
Run to grocery (today or tomorrow)
Scrap a couple pages
Baked chicken for dinner

The home visit went well yesterday- they were checking to make sure the house would hold additional people and getting us to agree to some background checks, she was amazed at how large the house is (although it is so much smaller than our last 1 - I guess it is really big for the keys).

Today:
dinner- grilling out and having someone from church over
breakfast out with friends
either find or make a wedding card- wrap the gifts
pack for wedding

DS turns 21 today, where did the time go?! He is off to the RMV to renew his license this morning. We have already had the conversation about drinking responsibly and NO DRIVING if he has been drinking. He knows I will pick him up if necessary.

dinner out to celebrate DS's birthday
back to house for dessert (not cake) he decided on a brownie and berry trifle

two more days until I can pick up Megan can't wait to hear all about her week!

was at LSS until 8:30 last night, got tons sorted and organized! today will be moving some more things over and price product that needs it, will be there from 8 - 6 today.
meeting up with friend tonight for dinner!

Happy Birthday to your DS Cassey!!

We have had those conversations too over the years.. DD turns 21 in October (Halloween weekend) and she told her head RA that she wants to work on her birthday.. she is not into the drinking scene... I told her to go out with friends for dinner and one drink if she likes... and if she doesn't no need to bend to peer pressure..stand your ground and know that your brother is on camps and will come get you and give others a piece of his mind! Plus I have a sorority sister right off campus that will come get her too...


My DsS23 when he gets tanked takes the opportunity to drunk text me... yea it's only happened twice and I get info he doesn't realize he gives out.. I do use it to my advantage later if needed...
