Hump Day!!

It's the first day of my work week too Gotta love the short work weeks!! Trying to get back into work mode... Smile and nod... Smile and nod...

P&PD continuing for those needing it

Hope everyone who is traveling has safe trips and great vacas!!

My list for today:

Stay low carbie... after 2 days back on, I feel so much better

Work till 3p

Start packing for my first time to the beach this season. Leaving after work on Friday

It's Wednesday, right? Working, then. Woke up with a humdinger of a headache. Hope it abates soon.

Went on the 4th grade field trip to Olde Sturbridge Village yesterday...Interesting...5 girls in my group. It's like herding cats.

Finish shopping for DD's birthday tomorrow

Bake two sets of 8" round cakes one set baking now
Frost all 4 cakes
Find plastic tablecloths
DS to dentist for big cavity filling
Wrap DD's gifts
Cake decorating class at my house (what was I thinking?)

Trying NOT to eat all the frosting in the process.

I lived in Ledyrad CT from 3rd grade thropugh the last quarter of eighth grade while my Dad taught at the Coast Guard Academy. I moved lots growing up- my mom's family came over to CT and New England in the 1600's and have lived there ever since.

i had all 4 taken out when i was 25 and it was horrible!!!!
then i recovered from that and a few short weeks later i had the chicken pox! yup 25 and the chicken pox! i had them so bad that the dr wanted to take pics of me to send to a medical journal. they were everywhere. under my fingernails, on the inside of my eyelids, palms of my hands and feet......
what a mess i was.


hope she is feeling better. give her our love.

Oh good gravy Holly!!!! Poor thing!!! That's something you never forget... I had a lite case at the age of 10 and that was tramatic.. I remember vividly my Uncle Gary coming up to visit us at his lunch hours since both my parents worked....
