10 days of school left

my day:

megan up and out
run a couple errands
couple loads of
start packing for camp
put completed WDW trip pages in protectors
p/u megan
have her pack what she wants extra for camp
dinner - baked ziti
dance class

Need me to keep an eye on swaps while you are at camp? I'm gonna be here!

Today I have a big list...but most of it is done as DS10 didn't want to go to park program today.. he slept til 10!!!!
So, today:

pick up DS15 from BB camp (he's a counselor)
lunch
work with DS15, DS10, & E to finish up their member pages for the 4-H book
clean off work station
scrap the soccer layouts I have ready for DS15
snack
scrap the BB team/ind pages for DS15 s
tart scrapping at least 14 Disney 2008 pages (I think I'm going to work on DHS)...
go to 2peas and see if I can get some inspiration for DHS....

I already dropped Rachel off at voice intensive music camp.

Lisa--that's quite a list

Nan--I usually go for red, white & black for DHS. Also Sorcerer Mickey colors.

My list for today:

Laundry
Make embellishments for my mom's cruise album (her birthday present)
Work on sketching ideas for character & alphabet swaps
Maybe organize 2009 photos & start kitting pages
Take Sarah to the bank so she can get some money from her first paycheck
Dinner--chicken something

Another day of working on the shower- it should only be a couple more days- I don't know if I can handle the barking.

Other than that:
work on Epcot swap
bathroom
walk with dogs
meeting at church
Bible Study
get ready to lead Bible study- the woman who was supposed to do it called me late last night to say she would not be there- they decided to take a quick trip to NC

Monday Already???

7 days until the move!!
Last full week of school though!

Today:

Everyone up
drop DD#1 off at school
Feed little girls seeing as they are still sleeping
Call property management company and set time for walk through
Call Mover and coordinate time with walk through- left msg, got a call back. time is set up for next week. owner will be by tomorrow to see what they are moving. better not give me more than his original quote
Call Comcast and get service moved over- experienceing high volume of calls and wait times. blah!
Finish packing little girls' room
Work on Laundry
Lunch
Extra dance class for DD#2 today
Run to walmart for a yo-yo ball, DD#1 borrowed one for her play and its broken so i need to replace it and get her one of her own
Also need totes to move my finished scrapbooks in. I like to be able to see them
Pick up DD#1 from school
Take DD#2 to cheer camp- completely forgot!!!
Dinner- Chicken something since its in the fridge.
More Packing
Relax
Sleep

Oh BTW I found my old debit card last night. In a bag of swim stuff that the girls and sitter had packed months ago in the closet.

Now to find the missing ballet slipper before recital.........

Hi everyone!! Just a drive-by--looks like everyone is hopping today!!

I did a little bit of scrapping (a very little bit) today, until DS decided he needed to "help"! I've folded laundry and cleaned up meals, but I need to clean the bathrooms and kitchen counters. First order of business, though, is a nap!

The good news is that DH should be home earlier than usual today (he had to go out of town), so he may play with DS so I sneak in and get a little more scrapping done! I wouldn't trade my summer DS time for anything, though!

Trying to get motivated... I had a bunch of things I wanted to get done today, and have only gotten 1 finished

Dinner is in the crock pot... Orange Pork Roast. I'll make some rice and prob broccoli to go with.

I get my hair did at 2ish... DH is pressing me to go blonde again. Mine has been my natural brown for over a year now. I guess I'll talk to my stylist and see what she thinks... she might not have the time today anyway...

Stop at the market on the way home for the makings of french toast casserole. It's Breakfast for Dinner pot luck at work tomorrow

I miss WDW!!!!! After 9 days there, it's hard to get back to regular life again. It was such a fun trip and DS said it was the perfect graduation trip. His GF went with us and she auditioned at American Idol at DHS. She made it in and won the show she was in. Then, it was onto the finals. There were 5 in the finals. She was so wonderful (I cried at both shows). She came in 2nd place in the finals. After the show as we were walking around the park, kids were coming up to her and asking for her autograph. It was sooooo cool and really perked her up. We also met up with Sarah <3 Disney at Epcot and she gave us a behind the scenes tour of the The Seas. That was really awesome and re-ignited the spark in DS about marine biology. He's now thinking he'll major in theatre and minor in marine biology or vice versa. It was so hot and crowded (especially at DHS for Star Wars weekends), but sooooo much fun. I miss Mickey Mouse!!!

Today, was back to the normal routine!

Get DS up and off to work
Laundry
Work
Gather supplies at Michaels to make samples of new classes I'll be teaching
Start making the samples
Dinner - pizza

She has her thank you note from the secret sister swap still. But she thinks that she packed it. Silly girl. I thought she sent it off already. Geez.

She still has the thank you note for the secret sister swap. I thought she sent it. I'll have her get 2 out today.

Her birthday outing was............ interesting to say the least. Started off in a little bit of panic. As in her friend didnt tell her parents that she was coming with us. I thought it was all clear with everyone since she spends the night alot and emily at her house, usually isnt a biggie. Phone calls later and almost missing the ferry we made it.

DBF got stuck in the 10 blocks from work to the restaurant. so by the time dinner was done we only had about 30 mins before the next ferry. Dinner was yum as usual and they brought her out this huge piece of chocolate yummyness!! We did a little shopping but DD#3 thought the Ye Old Curiosity Shop was too creepy for her. Then we hit the ferry and came back on this side. I grabbed a Cold Stone cake on the way to the car. How convenient to have a Cold stone as your getting off the ferry. Then we went to my parents and had cake, came home and went to bed!!

Nice quiet and semi uneventful night!

We also met up with Sarah <3 Disney at Epcot and she gave us a behind the scenes tour of the The Seas. That was really awesome and re-ignited the spark in DS about marine biology. He's now thinking he'll major in theatre and minor in marine biology or vice versa. It was so hot and crowded (especially at DHS for Star Wars weekends), but sooooo much fun. I miss Mickey Mouse!!

Thank you again for the tour. You were wonderful to do that for us. Andrew is still talking about it and it's really sparked his interest in marine biology again. He's always loved sea life and until he got involved in theatre he had wanted to do something with that or wildlife as a career. Now he's thinking about that again. He has his orientation at FSU next week and he's anxious to talk to the counselor and see how he can do theatre and biology/marine biology.

That is awesome! And I think it was more so the sea turtles than me...

Hopefully he can do both easily and smoothly. No one likes a crazy school schedule! My DBF went to FSU as well, great school. Tell him good luck for me!
