Happy Monday!

Hope everyone had a great Mother's Day. It was a little rough...my first Mother's Day without my Mom...but we siblings are doing good and so is Dad . Had a pretty low key weekend overall - DH did a lot of pressure washing - driveway, patio, patio furniture and I scrapped and read a bit. Finally watched "Silver Linings Playbook" and "Jack Reacher" - good movies!

So for today:
9am Aquasize
Swap out towels
Laundry
Vacuum
Clean bathroom windows
Mop downstairs floor
Order vacation pics
Pay bills
Asian BBQ Chicken with broccoli slaw for dinner

I thought about you yesterday! Glad you all got though the day.. I'm sure it was tough..

Had a great day yesterday.. We meet up with AWM and her family and did some hiking!!! Wasn't too much mud but when we found it it led to some great laughs (but no one covered in mud!)

Let's see today:

start towels

DD and I are going out to look at paper
come home and place order for paper that I didn't buy (which will be most of it!)
call about a scrap item I found that I may want.. it's a reinking stamp...need to see if they can customize DD's sorority
boys to school/work/soccer
DD to follow up on her work schedule



I know there is more but can't think of them right now..

We ended up having a quiet day here. Both kiddos were working on research papers and I spent some time scrapping.

meeting at 3:30
Julia to orthodontist
dinner: burgers
Town meeting at 7:30

we ended up going to a zoo yesterday (the one in Waco, TX) with the Dallas membership it was half off but I got in free wonderful when you weren't excepting it (used the money to buy drinks)

DH is off today - right now he is in the garden I'm finishing up the Monorail LOs then we are going to head over to Wal-Mart & finish up the before we head to Disney shopping - thinking all of the guys need another set of shoes & shorts

Shhhh...I'm at work! Quiet day here so far.

Tonight is pickup from dance. I feel like all I do lately is write out checks, recital tickets, recital t-shirts, recital DVD, recital pictures, summer dance classes, field trip, field day, softball fundraiser, girl scout registration for next year, etc., etc., etc. Good thing I got a full time job!

I don't think I'll be going to softball this week, both games are not in town and by the time I get there from the train, they'll be nearly over

Got an iPad mini for Mother's Day, my anniversary (2 weeks it'll be 18 years!), and birthday. DH is thrilled to not have to think about any gifts until Christmas.

Good Morning!

had a fun weekend! bbq Saturday was good! Sunday morning Megan gave me two of my favorite candies and a pretty Mom candle....and a card she made with the 3 reasons she loves me, yup I cried! had lunch at Romano's and did a bit of shopping!

Jen, feel your pain, going to be forking out extra recital $$ this week too!

start cutting epcot swap - did have to buy some embellishments but no paper!
follow up with choir booster mom about Thursday Jazz Café night - to see what we need to get!

Good morning everyone. Had a great weekend camping and hiking with Nan's family. It was so worth it to not have internet. Felt like we all really connected this weekend.

Got dogs from kennel.
Grocery shopped.
Cleaned bathrooms.
Laundry Always.
Dust rooms.
Clean counters-find homes for things and then wash down well.
Dust cabinet doors.
Vacuum floors.
Wash kitchen floor.
Search for sketches [did this a little during lunch, will do more later]
Pick up kids from school.
Make pasta for dinner.
Homework.
Finish up what I didn't get done earlier and sketch searching.

Happy Monday afternoon

Sarah and I went shopping this morning. Got her some summer clothes and a couple things for her apartment. She's packing the car and should be on her way back to Nebraska within the hour.

Rachel has Senior awards tonight At the Theatre Banquet on Friday she received a Musical Theatre Scholarship (yay now she can help pay for her laptop)
