Once over house
Vacuum and mop floors
Water plants
Run to grocery for a few items
Scrap a couple pages
Leftovers for dinner

Had a great weekend - on Saturday the kid who lost his dad recently came over and he and I visited for over an hour! On Sunday he and his girl and our DGS came for the afternoon - had supper with us! I miss all the kids being here all the time!

Today
Had coffee with friends
Laundry going
Change sheets
Work on family book
Supper- P sausage and rice

Tiger baseball starts today and Red Wings play

What a great weekend for you Chae.. I'm sure that visit meant so much to that young man!

Becky --- the long hours will be ending soon!

Lisa -- have a great day!! Hope they don't cancel that meeting but there are only a few more, right?!

The weekend was nice but getting back to reality is a little slow today! Breaks are all over and according to the kids there are only 7 Fridays left and 8 Mondays! (Not that the teacher isn't the one who has the countdown going!)

Today's agenda:

work more on my 3 written assignments (2 are done; just need to re-read & edit; 1 need to start.. have ideas just need to start it)
finish PJ's laundry for her
once over house
work on some journalling
cut stitch to finish a LO
list for Tuesday (as track season is supposed to start)

Good Afternoon!

Becky- low key would be good but things will be uptempo for a bit with Easter so soon
Lisa- Hope all goes well with the dance meeting
Chae- being there for someone who needs it can be hard but very important to them- glad you are getting a few days of some kids
Nancy- the kids and teachers both countdown, many times parents too

Larry had to take B to the hospital last night for a pancreatitis attack- where she is living their isn't a car available for anyone who drives to give her rides anywhere. A has actually been amazing this past week- she is like the child we first got without all the drama and stress- polite, listening, following rules. She had a great 13th birthday weekend with sleepovers and a trip to Dave and Busters. Life is much easier on us without B here as long as A only has short conversations with her.

B on the other hand is finding the grass isn't so green on the other side- I believe she has already given them more in the last week to help with bills than her rent would have been for a few weeks here and no one knew how to help her when she had the attack. She has to take taxis everywhere she goes, or would have to walk.
