morning all

let's see

get thy self out of bed and ready for 8 am church MIL birthday mass still hard to believe she's been gone 5 1/2 years.
bring kiddos home they stayed with Nanny and Papa ( T and I were sugarin' would have loved a dinner out but oh well.)
check on cow Freckles 1st calf is due any day now technically her due date is her bday 4/8 but.......
boys to clean cow stall and goat stall
laundry the never ending battle
vac
label syrup that I canned
can some medium and B
check to see if we get the other meat order form friend and pack that up.

try to help T figure out RO I didn't want it and I'm not happy with the flavor we're getting at the moment. I'm trying to decide if it's me not liking the fact of the RO or if it is an end of year taste. Most people probably wouldn't notice a difference but I'm getting and after taste I'm not liking. I'm the picky one and the one who grades so it's the farm on the line but I don't ever want to dissapoint my husband in my part of the operation.

have a great day all

Christy - what is RO? Yippee - you're making B-grade, which is my favorite. Very mapley! Yum!

Busy day Sunday - but hopefully not too crazy! Lots of errands and things to finish up from the weekend so that the week ahead isn't (too) insane.

Z2H and I re-re-re-reorganized the scrap area again Sat night a bit to accommodate some of our new purchases and store fixtures from the LSS going out of business sale. It was great to see some DIS folks there on Saturday while we were shopping (again!) and picking up stuff! We do have to go back Sunday (eek...) for more grid/peg hooks - didn't grab enough.

Enjoy the day, everyone!

Good Morning! I'm not sure what we're going to do today. If DS doesn't have plans with his friends, I think it might be a good day to start cleaning out his bedroom. We're going to redecorate it over spring break. If he's busy, then I will probably scrap. DH is going into work for awhile so I may go shopping. His birthday is tomorrow and I haven't gotten him a gift yet.

Have a wonderful day everyone!

pam RO stands fro Reverse Osmosis it helps take out water before the sap ever hits the arch. I'm still undecided after sleeping on it if it's the machine or the year. think if we get sap today I'm going to have him adjust the % I think he's been at 4 going to see if he can drop it back to 3. Normal begining of the year sap would test 1.7-2 % sugar content. many producers take it to 6-10 %:scared1: we're 1/2 of that and I'm not liking it. Trying to convince my self it's the year because a bunch of th guys we've talked to say I shouldn't be tasting any difference at this level.

thanks for asking

Today I have a small list of scrapping items to accomplish... I got 10 of my 20 pages done yesterday. First, I stopped to run to the store and complete my DHS letter.. so that is done and ready to be mailed... Second, I stopped to watch the Butler game..secretly hoping they would win...and guess what....THEY DID! GO BUTLER!!! One of their little star Hayward...played at the HS just to the northeast of us... I have been taking photos of the scrapped swap items though & will post on Monday...

Hope everyone has a great day!!!

I got an email yesterday that our only LSS left in the area is closing! She will go through the end of April, and then everything must be gone. She will be selling fixtures and all... sigh, another one bites the dust...

Kiddos are fighting spring allergies. Need to go back to every week with the shots instead of once every three weeks.

Not too much getting done today. So I'm not going to stress it. :thumbsup2

Raining to beat all here today......not a day to do much of anything. We did go to church, and we'll go to the IL's this evening for dinner.

Other than that, there are 8 loads of laundry in the basement to be done, and two upstairs to be folded. Ick.

I'm afraid there is already a wrench in our trip plans for November.......I think one of the other girls at work may have it scheduled off already. If she does, I can't have it. I'll find out tomorrow. If she does, I may be able to get the week before; the boys would be out two days that week for teachers' convention, so they'd miss 3 days of school instead of 2.

We had been planning WDW for next May/June, when school gets out, but my dcousin announced her wedding plans for that time the other day. She is getting married on the beach, one of my boys is in the wedding (maybe both, the older one hasn't made up his mind), DH is doing the pictures, and it's 9 hours away. Tentatively thinking we'll rent a house, make a week out of it and that will be our vacation next year. That's already what we're doing this year.

I haven't scrapped a thing all month, maybe today will be the day? Between loads of laundry, of course.....

Everyone have a good day!

Steph

So sad about another LSS closing. I am going to swing by mine today and look for some inspiration.

Was hoping DH would take/keep the girls today after I had them all day at the fairgrounds yesterday but I guess its me again today. Sure was looking forward to to quiet me time. Maybe before Christmas.

Dishes are done, Laundry is going, have to fold it when I get back. Headed to Target as we are out of paper products around here:eek: Then to LSS and JoAnns - maybe - opposite ends of town so we shall see how long my patience last today. Not too great managing that recently.

Would so love to scrap this afternoon!! Its my plan - we shall see.

Everyone have a restful Sunday!

And Christy - I think you just have a sophiciated palate!!

I had breakfast with my good friend, Holly, and then some fun shopping at our local ACM. Nothing to break the bank, but fun was had by all anyhow.

Got home and my sister had called, she got a dress for Morgan and she thinks it will work for Easter too, come on over. Got there and, of course, she offered to keep her. Like I'd say no. Came home and cleaned a bit, went for a bike ride with DH - short, it was chilly!, and we just watched All About Steve. Bradley Cooper is a hottie! Meow.

Having a nice salad and sandwiches for dinner. Wonder what time my kid will be back.

Hope everyone is having a great Sunday!

It was a fun breakfast. -as always!!-
i REALLY want those dies!!!!

So my day has been
laundry
cleaning
watching my friends grandson. Her dad is in his final days
and her daughter wants to be there too.
They played outside and now they are ready for dinner.

We will do dinner and chill out.

I can not believe how fast the weekend goes by.

Ooooohhh trust me I'm going back!!!
When you go to purity spring and my panera friend is gone
I'll be at acm trying to make friends with Caroline!!!!;)
and buying them. I'll need all the 50% offs I can find!

I'll need all the luck I can get ! She hates me!!!

I know I should be. I'll miss you. But I'll need time off on
April vacation.

Home, safe and sound. Hope the other gals are too. Did you miss us?

Lovingthemouse and I stopped - well, we tried to stop at the scrap store in Sturbridge, but she'd gone out of business - was there peeling the credit card stickers off the door - but apparently sold out to someone else who is opening in a nother location (near TJ something or other) with a different name. I guess it is open, but they were closed and gone somewhere to a crop. Then we went to Palmer - What a NICE little store - she had a little bit of everything - including some hard to find Kaisercraft stuff, and the divided page protectors.

Had a WONDERFUL weekend with a bunch of talented women. Back to the daily grind tomorrow. :(

glad you made it home safe and sound Linda. Hope you all had a fabulous time.
