Sounds like some of you are having your problems with the storms. So far, it's been a big nothing here in the upper Hudson Valley. It rained yesterday, was sunny this morning, and is now grey. Our power went out for about half an hour, just as I put the dinner and baking in the oven. TG it came on so cooking is now done. 10 miles west, WHOLE 'nother story! They're measuring their snowfall from this storm in feet!

gym and pool done.
groceries done
meatloaf, baked chicken, baked squash, blueberry coffee cake and plain muffins (Low carb) done.
crop bag packed.
gift bag packed

nap
devil eggs
cut up veggies
pack food for tomorrow.
Pack overnight bag
finish supper prep.
empty dryer.

That's it for today. No scrapping because the stuff is packed.

Well, today was a terrible ride in to work...and sunny ride home. It's almost warm outside right now... 3 cars had spun out on my drive in, the wind was insane. And now it's lovely out

Not sure what I'll get into next... Dh is sleeping, and the kids are out. It's me and the pups

Missed posting this morning but hope everyones fridays are OK - be safe in that blizzard and the sickies need to get better!

We have had increasing clouds and wind here - and just as I type this - the sky has opened up and it is pouring!

They are saying up to 2 inches coming with this storm!! We could be in for some creek flooding here but the cows don't seem to mind and the grass can just grow, grow, grow.

It is putting a slight damper on the grading work to be done on our home construction but at this point whats a few days. (someone please remind me I said this in a few months!!)

Need to cricut some words for DFriends DDs 4H presentation boards and will do my altered letters tonight. Thinking of having DH pick up pizza or something on his way home.

Spent the morning at DMV - and YIPPEE - get to go back again - jeepers can the government makes things a tad bit more difficult to accomplish!?

Also must, must, must start getting serious about tax report for CPA - bleck.

Holly i feel the same way E has ball practice tonight in 15 mins I need to be out of this house and all I want to do is cuddle into a blanket. I'm so over Basketball and we have 2 more games min next week blahhhhh.

He brought home the spring schedule and baseball starts 4/15 oh my.......

Party of 3, there is a LOT to be said for having had ONE child - over 40 years ago! I am AT home, IN my slippers and robe. Mean, aren't I?

I'm in my pjs, with the laptop in bed. I'll be asleep in 45 minutes if I have my way.

We just walked in the door LOOONG practice he's wiped out to the point of frustration at himself, he actually layed down on the court a couple of times. I tried to get him to go home and nope off would come a couple of baskets.
I'm back in my jammies, contacts are out and after a few mins of catch up here I'm done for. Tom's sugaring and has a buddy with him so I'm free to crash.

TRM weaning going on here for our april and may babies, 3 are in the barn now one is actually horse and has no mooo left and still trying to. Buckety is Mama's aug baby so he should be weaned in the next few weeks since he's hit 6 months but I feel so bad after all she's been through I'm leaving him a few extra weeks.

It's so bad noise wise that the closet no family neighbor called to see if everything was okay. she laughed that she didn't even think about weaning season.

what breed do you have? Ours are polled hereford's.

It's Friday, only one more wake up to our big CT Crop Weekend!

Although it flurried here all day, nothing stuck to the roads. I actually saw blue sky at one point.

My to do list:

Up and out the door to work early. DH is home because of the sn@w hitting PA so hard. His work is based out of there, they couldn't get the trucks up yesterday.
Started my day with a face plant on the sidewalk at work. Not sure what hurt more; my wrist, my knee, or my pride.
Left work early to bring my stuff to the Expo Center for this weekends crop.
Home to pick up DH for wake. Our nephew's wife's step father passed away. :/
Out for dinner with DH.
Watching the Olympics while DIS/FB
Early to bed to be ready for my fun weekend!!!!! See ya tomorrow Linda!!! Drive careful
